Have gone here several times and always had a good experience… however I went through the drive through for one small shake and one small concrete and we ended up waiting 15 minutes… watched 12 other cars get their food and leave several times. Finally we had to park and go inside… they lost our order and couldn’t find it, and they ended up making them over and made me 2 shakes instead of a shake and concrete… didn’t get what I paid for, ended up being a 20 minute ordeal instead of like 5 minutes. Nobody even came to check on us after the guy running food out had seen us sitting there for 15 minutes for 2 small shakes which are like the fastest thing they can make. Super unhappy… probably will not be going back. Couldn’t even enjoy my food because I was so upset.

Staff was excellent food was fantastic, I purchased the Crispy Chicken Value Bucket, includes the sandwich drink and fries and it was great, I also had a peach blueberry smoothie which was also fantastic and the pricing remained competitive with other fast food restaurants. Overall no complaints, 9.2/10 would recommend.

First off, for those who didn’t know this is the newest Culver’s location in Cheyenne, with it opening within the last year. With that said, I was really happy with my first time dining here. Five stars across the board for this location. As soon as I walked in, the customer service blew me away because I was welcomed warmly, and it made me feel pretty comfortable there. The ordering experience went well. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. Also, the dining room was very clean and well maintained. During my close to 45-minute visit, there were workers regularly going into the dining room and making sure it was cleaned, and also they regularly checked on customers to see if they needed anything. All in all, my visit went great, and I look forward to visiting this location again.

Went in today to get some dinner 5pm waiting at the counter employees were to busy talking to another employee on customer side of counter. No other customers in line besides me. No greeting nothing just ignoring me while I was standing there just continued to talk to other employee even though they saw me nothing just continued to talk so I walked out terrible customer service. When you’re completely ignored no reason to stay. Ridiculous and very rude. To busy with talking than pay attention to customers.

Yes the location on Lincoln way is opened later than the one on Del Range. We stopped in for soup and Sunday’s. The chicken and wild rice was great and their ice cream is always good.

My son and I went there the other day. Food and service were great. When we were leaving and it started to pour. This young man who worked there walked me and my son to the car offering his umbrella. What a sweet, considerate young man.
