Quality has gone downhill in the past few months in terms of missing parts of orders and just common sense. Who puts melted cheese on the bottom of a patty directly on the cardboard box? You can’t build a gluten-free burger when the cheese is completely stuck to cardboard.

Just got food there and someone must have screwed up. Every car behind me left and I waited and then called. They said would be right off 10 minutes later they came with food and coupons for free custard. Should have been a coupon for free meal half hour wait and melted shake. Waste of 14 dollars of my money and time. No wonder reviews are so few

The first time we went we ordered two concrete mixers and waited 35 minutes until we finally pulled back through the drive-thru to see what was going on. They hurried and made the mixers and gave us some coupons for free food. We went back with our coupons and waited 22 minutes for two mixers. Went back last night with our last coupon and waited 17 minutes for one mixer and watched other people who got there after us get their orders before us. We didn’t go at busy times; we pulled right up to the speaker to order. Why it takes them 20+ minutes to mix some candy into pre-made ice cream, I don’t know, but I do know we won’t be back.

Nice people that work there. They are kind and pleasant. The food is good! I’d say better then the major fast food chains but it can be a little greasy. But that’s fine cause I’m going to Culver’s for good food and ice cream. I recommend getting one of there butter burgers and onion rings with a shake.

This place has delicious food. However everything was dirty. The door handles on the inside and outside felt like someone rubbed ketchup on them and let it dry. The tables were dirty, garbage overflowing, the pop machine was filthy. I will not visit this location again.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’m afraid this place is going downhill. I came in on a Saturday night and ordered two concretes for me and my husband, one with extra Reeses(in photo) and another with Reeses and butterfinger. I’m not sure if they were running out of Reeses or just have new employees but both concretes came out with nothing but a dusting of Reeses if they were that low on Reeses I would have like to have known before I placed my order. To top it off one of my concretes was brought out only about 3/4 full and I had to park my car and ask for them to add some more to make it a full cup. Overall very disappointed with this visit. Not sure if we will be returning.

We’ve loved Culver’s for many years after we had it for the first time in Minnesota. We were so excited to get one close to home in West Jordan but when they finally opened they struggled badly to get our orders right and provide well made food. We’d hoped things would get better over time but it has not. They’ve been open over a year now but the employees still walk around confused as to which drive through order goes where and every time we’ve been there they’ve brought the wrong order to us. Our orders always have at least one missing food item and are poorly made. Last night we went for custard and ordered 5 concretes. When they brought them out they were a mess. There was custard dripping down all over every cup and they were clearly barely mixed with all our topping still sitting on the top. We’ll be driving to further locations from now on or we’ll just head over to Nielsen’s Frozen Custard. Such a bummer.

Food is good. Service is hit and miss.. there is a lot of kids running it and sometimes they take a while to get the food out. And they aren’t always real good about cleaning the lobby
