Went to drive through. What I ordered was great but I have to remember to check before I drive off. Did not get onion rings I ordered and the fish and chips was missing the slaw. But it happens a lot any more not just Culver’s all fast food. But otherwise enjoyed everything and the people at the drive through are always so friendly and patient. A+++ for the folks who take orders at the drive through. Keep up the good work!

We stopped by after a doctor appointment for lunch. First time Dining in. Orders we’re correct and Sue’s Fish with Coleslaw and a Salad wet great. I had the breaded Pork Loin sandwich and fries. It too was great. After I got a large Clam Chowder soup (Friday Only) to go. I visited with the owner and found her to be very enjoyable. We will be back to explore more of their menu.

I read that Culvers had a fabulous fish sandwich, so I wanted to try it. The fish was fried crispy with a very tender inside. It came with lettuce, shredded cheese, and tarter sauce. Everything was great, as far as appearances go. However, I found the sandwich to be absolutely tasteless. The consistency was excellent, but I found the fish to be to tasteless. I also could not taste any tarter sauce. I so wanted this to be good, but I will skip it next time.

The employees and manager working at this location were great! We went for yummy treats and had good laughs during the order! They all have great humor! My daughter and her friend were dying in laughter I’ll remember never to say blizzard again while ordering a concrete… haha

Came here with my family. All eight burgers were cold to the touch. Paid over 100 bucks. Two orders got done wrong. They brought out the manager. She was rude and nasty. After looking at the receipt, she slammed the receipt down with her fat fingers, only a few inches from swiping my grandmothers face, rolled her eyes and told us to complete the survey.

The teen taking the order was so polite. I loved the response “My pleasure”. Such an upscale response! The food runner was also so polite, and offerex to get me more napkins, because I mentioned how sometimes my food ends up on my shirt! The burger and custard was so delicious and worth every penny! This place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, most of the time it’s not. I probably won’t be going back after my last visit. Waited 30 minutes for our food (again) during lunch and never got it. We ended up having to leave to get back to work so I asked for a refund. While I was given my refund, there was nothing offered as a consolation for waiting and never getting our food. This wasn’t the first time we had waited a half hour for our order which sometimes only included frozen custard. The staffing issues were an ok excuse a year ago but I’m tired of hearing it. I love Culver’s which is why I keep giving them “second” chances but today was just insulting. I’ll make the trek to PV for my Culver’s fix from now on.
