The food was flavorful and cooked well. I had a double meat bacon cheeseburger. I prefer to not have a lot of veggies on my burgers, only mustard. They made it to order. I wanted a meat & cheese burger and that is what they made. I also wanted to try a “concrete mixer”. I discovered it was like a milkshake only thicker with candy mixed in, not blended in. I had the Heath Toffee version in a vanilla mixer. It was thick enough, I could have literally turned it upside down and it wouldn’t have fallen out. I didn’t…but that is how thick it was. The food was hot and served at the table in an appropriate amount of time. The server made sure we had what we needed before leaving the table. The place was clean. The drink and condiments were clean and well stocked. It was a pleasant eat-in dining experience with my Dad. They have a drive thru but he doesn’t like going through them, so we went in.

First time coming here and not impressed. They had us pull up and wait for the food. They brought out the ice cream first that was half melted before the food finally came 12 minutes later. You would think after the long wait that the food would be good but it wasnt. The meat was burned and cold. The fries were decent. $25 for the little amount of food and ice cream we got was definitely not worth it.

I have eaten here since it opened and even positively raved to family and friend about it. Well that all changed tonight while eating in, first it took forever to get my order placed, when I went to fill my drink the entire soda fountain area had product spilled all over the counters with lids, straws and other stuff condiment packets napkins etc.l strewn all over the counters and in the floor, I chose a table from a row of empty table and all were dirty with food scraps in the table and bench seats. The food came and even though I paid for larger fries the bag was barely full. The burger bun was distorted like a drawer was closed on it and the burger was sloppily thrown together and the fries were cold. When I was done eating and proceeded to dump my tray and all the trash cans were overflowing with trash on the floor and on top, wow. The final straw that prompted this review was I went to the restroom and there were no paper towels in the dispenser and even the tissue box was empty. There were many employees working at least 7 that I counted. They were not that busy. I hope this isn’t going to be the norm. I have enjoyed this place and thought of it a quality example in the past.

Depending on who’s cooking this food is absolutely delicious and so is the ice cream. But every once in a while someone who hates their job is working the kitchen and they absolutely destroy the food. Burnt burgers and bad fish sandwich only 1 time each but enough to make you second guess coming here. Like I said when it’s good it’s good but two different times we’ve gotten a bad sandwich and at 5 or 6 bucks a sandwich it might not sound like a lot but when you want a quick meal you expect it to at least be good. If they can keep the dopes out of the kitchen and keep the ones who actually know what their doing and enjoy their job this place is one of the best fast food burgers

My husband and I just went there for the first time for lunch. He got a bacon cheeseburger and said he would give it between a 2 1/2 and three, he thought it tasted very average. I got a Butter Burger, single, and I thought mine tasted burnt. I actually just ate an Altoid so I could get the taste out of my mouth. I did like their onion rings and enjoyed the root beer, but I was not a fan of my burger, or they are cheese curds. However, my husband did like their cheese curds and would give them a 3.
