WOW! One of a kind authentic Buffalo NY style pizza right here in Houston. No pizza joint around makes a pizza like this place. The pizza is between and NY and a Chicago style pizza. It’s not to thick and not to thin, it’s just right. The crust and bottom is crispy, has a perfect blend of toppings and cheese with a perfect char which all compliments each other. What a fantastic pizza. Also, the wings are fantastic. This place won’t disappoint!

Fantastic place. I met the owner Nick and he seems to be someone who really values his customers. He has many years of experience in the restaurant business. The food is AMAZING! Just ate the Philly Cheese Sub and now I’m taking home our party size steak pizza. There’s about 36 pieces if I remember correctly. His business will definitely thrive and be here long term. As Buffalo natives, my wife and I love Buffalo-style pizza. It is not too different from the “regular” pizza you can get anywhere, but is distinct enough that it is worth traveling for. Cup N Char is authentic and excellent! They are from Buffalo (Lancaster) and we love getting their pizza. And their wings (NOT “Buffalo wings”) are the best I have had in Houston. Properly sauced, crispy and not dry. Our whole family loves it. We treated our son and daughter-in-law, who were in from Maryland, and they agreed. Go check them out!

Never had Buffalo style pizza but this is the real deal! It reminded me of a Detroit pizza but less breading and so so good! Tried the wings also, nice and crispy with some amazing homemade ranch. (Best ranch i’ve had).
