It is good. The food is always tasty and the place is clean! Portion sizes are okay. The customer service was better than the time I first tried Cupbop, that is for sure, as the employee was very nice, but there is still more to be desired, for example the napkins were unstocked and it felt like the base cabbage and rice were lower quality than usual.

Cubbop Is a pretty good place to go. I have been here twice now, and both times have been great. The first time a got a 7.5 piggy bop, which has pork, and it was pretty good with a good amount of heat. So the next time I went we brought a group of friends and we all did the level 10 heat. We had heard the 10 was way hot. We all ate it and it was pretty hot but nothing too special. I was honestly disappointed it wasn’t spicier then it was. The employees are all very friendly and are willing to help. Both time I have been there tho they were short staffed so during rushes it takes a bit longer.

First off, this place seems expensive for fast food. We spent $25 on two bowls of food. I asked for one item on the menu, and they said it would be 20 to 25 min. to prepare. We might as well go to a normal restaurant for the price and time to prepare. They mentioned three or four items that were ready to prepare. We got the one that is similar to orange chicken. It looked somewhat appetizing but the chicken seemed tough, dry and chewy. We won’t be back. The staff was friendly though.

Always a good experience!!! The service is always wonderful and the portion size is great. My only criticism is that the spice level definitely varies on who makes it. I usually get like 7.5 or 8 but sometimes it’s not that hot and other times it’s more like a 10 lol just a little more consistency with that please.

I was going to get my nails done and stumbled upon this place young man at the front counter. His customer service was excellent and this game was delicious. I will definitely be ordering for lunch and coming back when I get my nails done.
