Great food! Bookie is the best and was super friendly. She usually works at the Orem University Mall location so I was excited to see her here working. Owners were here to welcome everyone so that was great to see them engaged in the community. They came and talked with us and made sure our food was good. Great deals on campus.

The food is always good. However I ordered from them via doordash. Didn’t recieve my drink and also requested extra sauce. I got no sauce at all. Wouldn’t recommend unless you watch them make your food. Also the phone number doesn’t work so you can’t even call anyone to try and fix it.

They ran out of noodles which was odd for a noodle place. My friend (who’s a little autistic) was starving and he only likes noodles when he gets hangry and anyways he found out they didn’t have noodles and he started to have a meltdown but luckily for us all I had a spare pack of ramen in my backpack so I was able to sedate him with that. Y’all are lucky but next time please have noodles for him and for your sake.

I love cupbop, but this location is horrible. Every time I go to this particular cupbop I have the worst experience. They are always out of something and this last time they were out of noodles! Not happy with my experience here and I do not recommend this cupbop.

Today my food was only lukewarm. Has lots of liquid in it, so more like soup. Rice was crunchy – not totally cooked. It was not what I expect to get at cupbop, and a total disappointment

This location has gotten worse and worse over the past 6 months. They cannot even use their own bowls to mark what meal is what meal when you order multiple meals together. They also cannot read the orders, since every single order made in the past two months has been wrong. Why have an option for “Make it Sloppy” and then leave all sauces off? I have ordered the same thing every single time I have ordered, and it has not been the same once in 6 months. One time they don’t put veggies in to mark that the GF noodles are in the bowl, then another time they leave out the carrots. One time you get all the sauce you can dream of and the rice is swimming, other times you get nothing, you can never tell if you are going to get the mayo sauce from one time to the next. When you call and talk with the store all they can do is explain how you are wrong and what was delivered was right. I will never be ordering from this company again, which is sad because I really do like the food, if it can be made right!
