Local chain, with a cute vibe and personable service. This is NOT a fast food joint, but the I e cream options were plentiful and the seating was comfortable. My daughter was underwhelmed by the half a sandwich for her pb&j but she said it tasted good. Nice break from the weather if you’re at Liberty park

We wanted to love it but nothing tasted right. My Soy green tea latte didn’t taste anything like green tea let alone tea, we still don’t know what it was, the Belgian waffle was super bland even with the butter & syrup, the coffee wasn’t good coffee & the breakfast burrito was just ok. The staff was very sweet and the location is great so maybe we caught them on an off day during the Midtsommer festival.

3 stars for false advertising the Buddha Bowls. The picture in their window shows a healthy portion with big slices of things served in what looks like a pasta bowl. Every bit worth the $12 price. However, you actually receive a tiny pint container with everything chopped into small chunks. It is good, don’t get me wrong, but snack portion at best.

This little hidden gem is truly a hidden gem. Easily missed, the CUPS coffee shop is between restaurants and shops. It is truly a miss if you overlook this place. This place does not do anything exquisite in terms of coffee but what it does do is it brings a little joy to your soul with everything else.

I am so sorry and hate to write a bad review. The picture says it all. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. This is their “pulled” pork sandwich. Once again, we’re all trying to come back from the pandemic but spending money on food is still my hard-earned money and this was just such a disappointment. Also, when placing my order, they had to make sure they pulled it from the freezer. I should have known then. Sorry guys.

Came here at 8:30 AM on a Saturday for breakfast. There was a person working wearing headphones (never a good sign). They barely looked up and had the most flat, unwelcoming affect. When I ordered an Açaí bowl, they said “we may be out of that.” So I asked “are you out of it or you may be out of it?” They replied “I don’t know. I would have to go up and check the WHOLE way upstairs.” LOL ok… cool. It was the most awkward interaction. That person needs to NOT work in the service industry. Mid twenties, long finger nails and lots of earring. Owners- you don’t want this person representing your business!

Food is good but service was sub-par. Kids were on their phones constantly while orders were waiting. Garbage was overflowing and drinks were forgotten. Unfortunate because the shop is nice.

My estimate is, we’ve been here about 200 times! 99.9% of the time, the service and breakfast sandwiches/drinks are spot on; the BESt! Today, we had our first “don’t be that worker” incident. After I posted my review, the owner immediately reached out to me and asked me to contact him. He stated he had a talk with the employee. Well, that’s all you can hope for and this gesture alone will bring myself/wife coming back! This is the BEST coffee shop in all of Poulsbo and the owner truly cares!! We’ve recommend this place literally hundreds of time and have brought many of our friends here. I think 1 mistake in 200 or so visits is a fantastic batting average!! A must go to locally owned establishment ! Can’t wait for my breakfast sandwich next Sat when we take our boat out!
