I’ve been a fan of this restaurant since it began in Odessa. I always enjoy their food and I’m glad now it is in Midland. You can’t go wrong if you want great tasting food and sliders/fries that are different than anything in the Permian Basin. Highly recommend the place.

Went there for lunch with the wife, and as busy as they were things moved surprisingly fast. Order came out quick and food was delicious! Highly recommended!!! Will definitely be going back..

4.5/5 Overall enjoyed my experience here. I had the Bad Mamma Jamma and Swine Sliders. The pulled pork was tender but the meat itself didn’t have any flavor. The Bad Mamma was excellent. The fries are crispy and i enjoyed them as they are served. The place was busy for lunch and I do recommend a visit!

Ok I have to edit. Every time I have gone back it gets worse and worse. Overcooked fries. The pics of the food look nothing like they do online. You may have enough dressing on your fries for a third of them. The chicken strips have this really weird taste to them that wasn’t there the first time I had them. I don’t think our family will be going back again.

This was our first time here and the food was AMAZING. We saw the owner which was pretty cool. Outer own little local celebrity lol. We got in fairly quick and our food came out in a decent amount of time.

I’ve watched Chef alejandro on chopped, such a great person! I’ve been to curbside bistro, once in odessa and the 2nd time in midland. I am disappointed both times my food wasn’t hot, it just seems not like its freshly cooked. Fries, i expect them to be piping hot, freshly out of the fryer fresh. I will give curbside another try.
