For those who are new to la Mesa, you should step inside this place called The curbside.The staff is very welcoming and you can hear the customers rejoice in wine and cocktails in the atmosphere. The waitress was very approachable and was very fast, with serving my rum and coke. 5 TVs with different stations on them. There’s limited parking outside. It is handicap accessible. They do have approachable seats for handicaps. You can eat outside on their patio under the umbrellas. The food is very tasty. My wife has the “la Mesa” grilled chicken with avocado, tomato lettuce and back on toasted white bread “I” had the chicken bites and fries.they were hot and fresh.

What a great spot, had the blat salad with kabob chicken – delicious btw – sliders and pretzel bites and a couple of beers. Friendly staff and a cool vibe. Definitely recommend.

Got outstanding seats during car show and music. Beer great. Service friendly and quick despite huge crowd. Food good. Friend said hamburger was great. My steak sandwich had very thin slice of meat and too much blue cheese. Truffle fries very good. Would go back.

We ate there recently. The ambiance was good and the service was fairly good. I ordered a hamburger medium rare, and it came more on the rare undercooked side. Wasn’t really worth sending back. Nobody else in my party had a problem with their meal. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. I’d probably come back to this establishment again.

Great vibes, really fun indoor/outdoor bar top and friendly staff. Erin makes one of the best cosmos in SD county, and any cosmo drinker knows a good one is hard to come by! Can’t wait to come back.
