Terrible experience. Disappointing all around. Ordered the food 20 mins ahead of time and they didn’t have my order ready, and staff was rude! After waiting 15+ additional mins for my order, I went to ask the barista if they were working on my sandwich. She greeted me with, “Is something wrong?!” I asked about whether they were working on my sandwich and received a very snappy response of “I’m sure they are…” She didn’t even check on it. Also, during our visit we witnessed a customer return food to the counter that wasn’t theirs. The person they returned it to took it through one door in the kitchen and immediately back out the other and served it to another customer. The food and coffee were good, but between the price I paid and the experience I had, it will be a long while before I return, if ever.

I travel 30 minutes to this coffee house. It’s in the best of tranquility in the heart of Smithfield. My favorites are the Mexi mocha hot or iced and the lavender mocha. The Chai tea I’m told is amazing as well. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Move over Starbucks. There’s a new favorite in town that blows you out of the park. Oh yeah!

Always a lovely cafe to go to. I don’t generally eat here, but I will occasionally get food. It’s really good. Their avocado toast is yummy and you can add toppings to it.
