Walking up, this place resembles Chipotle a lot. Their have pretty much the same set up. But, I was disappointed in the food. First off, there were no lines. The person asked me what I wanted, I asked for a bowl. The size of the bowl and the quantity of food inside it was underwhelming. I asked for pinto beans, and barely got around 20 of them. Asked for chicken, and it was about 4 bites worth. Price came up to $11 something, not happy with the price to food ratio. Also, it was very weird eating the bowl because the rice and chicken at the bottom were hot, but the tomatoes and lettuce on top were very cold, I couldn’t enjoy either extremes at all because they were in conflict with each other, trying to overwhelm the other. They’re stingy with their bowl size, and they’re stingy with the amount of food they put in (especially the meats). Would not go again. Atmosphere gets 5 stars because there are big windows overlooking the tarmac right next to the restaurant.

Food And pricing are decent for an airport, but if you get behind someone in line, who’s trying to use an airline voucher, it is woefully slow. Had to interject and insist on moving onto the next customers.

Food was good, but the lady checking us out had a very bad attitude when I asked for chips and a little extra sauce (she only put a little bitnon because it was the end of the bottle) another in my group didn’t get 2 things he wanted because they wrapped his burrito before they were finished going through the line. Wouldn’t recommend. Go across the hall to sbarro instead. Spent about $25 for something chipotle would charge $15 for.

MAJOR RIP-OFF. They are try to trick you into getting a bowl or burrito for $11 until you get to checkout and find out that adding steak or chicken (just 1 portion of meat) is an extra $5. Every restaurant like this meat is included in the price… Not going back here, because I know they do this on purpose. Guacamole an extra $4. Be prepared to be shocked at the register.

Horrendous customer service. I get that it’s an airport restaurant and these employees are likely miserable, however this was unusually bad customer service & management should consider looking into the behaviors of the employees who staff their cashier/ food service. I went to this restaurant on July 2nd at 4:30 pm EST. The young lady who served me was running the cashier. She was passibe aggressive, irritable, extremely unpleasant to

I agree with the rest of the reviews about the customer service here, but no offense it’s the airport and I mean I don’t expect excellent customer service at the airport, where most people hate their lives and don’t get to see the light of day. Yes, if you want to customize your meal (in any way) they probably will give you a hard time about it—and you’ll most likely be charged extra. They nickel and dime here if you want extra or substitute anything.

Is it for churros? Is it for burritos? No idea, but i had a chorizo breakfast burrito there and it was pretty good. Not too greasy as chorizo tends to be, and the eggs were fresh. Staff was friendly and patient as i was standing there looking lost as a first-time visitor. I would order from there again, if i ever happen to come across one in my travels

Charge $4 for guacamole as an add on to a bowl meal. It’s barely a spoonful. Be aware. No warning until sticker shock at the check out register
