First, how cool to have Indian food in a place like Capitol Reef! We love Indian food so even if it was going to be bad we still had to try it and were pleasantly surprised that good Indian food can be found even here! We ordered the Bindi Pizza and Aloo Gobi and both were so delicious! The pizza had tandoori chicken that was cool! It is spicy so just beware if you’re not into it. The Aloo Gobi was amazing and we are picky about our Aloo Gobi.

The food was the highlight and wow was it very very good. We tried the Curry Pizza but wish we could have tried several others. It has a very unique taste and was extremely flavorful. We were surprised to find this slice of India far from a big city and it was the perfect place for the last day of our trip. Everything else in the place was simple with paper plates and cups and thr pizza comes in the box already which made it easy for us. We also got the mango and strawberry Lassi. Very good and fast food. There are multiple locations across Utah.

Curry pizza in small town Utah, an amazing find. Pizza is in 12 or 16 inches, no slices. Indian food as well. I opted for the wings based on other reviews. They did not disappoint. Garlic nan was more crunchy than doughy with plenty of flavor. I must keep this stop in mind on my next trip to Capitol Reef.

After visiting the national parks from Chicago, a city with a rich and delicious pizza tradition and with a thriving Indian community, we drove by this place and were initially skeptical if we would like this pizza or if Indian recipes could work on such a classic. We were blown away by the quality, uniqueness, and remarkable pizzas here. It is remarkable how they were able to capture both the essence of a pizza and infuse it with the flavors and textures of Indian cuisine. It is an unforgettable culinary experience and it brought us a rewarding feeling of home away from home. The restaurant seemed well anchored in the community and the staff was very engaging with locals.

I ate here with my uncles who own a motel in town and the owners treated us with so much respect and treated them like family I got the curry and rice and it was fantastic the chicken was so good and literally melted in my mouth the desert gulag juman was one of the best deserts I’ve ever eaten and will definitely be eating at the location in salt lake although eating for 6 people was well over $100
