First, the location is a bit off on Google map. I am reporting this one next to C75 gate. It took them 30 mins to cook a burger. Now my flight is going to check in and I will have to leave without it. No text or email updates during the entire session and this is just not acceptable. They don’t seem to care much about this speed neither. They just take their time. Avoid this place!!!!!!

It’s always nice to find restaurants near your gate so you can grab a quick bite before you get on the plane. This one is made to order burger so it’s fresh but patty is pretty well done. A bit on the dry side. Fries are so so.

I never leave poor reviews but making an exception given the amount of money I spent. Stood through a 40 minute wait for a burger completed different from the one advertised as it was missing most of its toppings. Condiments were completely out and staff seemed indifferent. Wish this place would improve for the sake of both the customers and the overwhelmed staff.

Bad experience…Avoid this place! More than 25 minutes waiting for two burgers with fries! The employee cooking the burgers does not care about client service, she is just impolite and throws you your food on the counter. The buns were really cold, the meat half burnt, fries were ok, but service is a disaster, if you don’t want to work with people, just don’t do it!. I do not recommend it at all!

Wish I’d looked at the reviews first. Waited 40 min for a hot dog and fries, at a fast food burger stand. Don’t know how many people had to give up on did to catch flights. Clearly mismanaged, staff didn’t seem to have any agency or initiative to fix the issues, just bickering with each other. Go elsewhere, and since all the food places in terminal c are owned by the same restaurant, maybe just don’t eat at this airport.

Incredibly complex ordering system with no signs explaining how to order. As a result everyone is standing around waiting to pay only for a rude employee to shout at them that they have to pay behind them and come back. Service is slower than a tortoise. They are more interested in talking to any airport employee that passes by than trying to get food to the customers. 30minute wait for a burger??? They had a pile of food not collected because people had flights to catch. And when the food comes the fries are cold and greasy, one sorry piece of lettuce and a limp slice of tomato on a burnt overcooked tiny beef patty . For $13 it is an insult!

So I arrived a hour before my plane was to board. there was a cook that was cooking a batch of burgers 15 at a time. instead of cooking them and serving them as they come he took his sweet time and literally 16 of us waited for on average 45 minutes to get served anything. any cook knows if you cook more the less heat is focused on two or three burgers. after 20 min of nothing coming out they saw he was taking to long so they took him off the grill. one customer said she was going to miss her flight and the lady behind the counter told her “maybe he should have ordered sooner”. was very uncalled for and rude. maybe if you didn’t cook 15 burgers at at time and make people wait when you know 45 min is unacceptable because people have to board flights and eat the burger beforehand. if i could rate this a negative star i would. this place was rude slow and for the price the burgers were the size of sliders. NEVER, will I eat there again if i’m through the airport for business or leisure.
