Wow, I should have taken the time to read reviews before eating here lol. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Unfortunately my hands were too messy to take a before picture. But you can see the little bowl the burger came in. Not a good design for an extremely messy burger. I ordered the avocado burger, but it was more like a guacamole burger. The picture had avocado slices. Then it was an additional $.55 each for lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I can’t believe they charged extra to customize those things. My order ended up being over $20 with a bottle of water. Thankfully the employees were very nice.

Cost me $17 for one burger that is comparable in size to the McDonald’s cheeseburger. Workers had a bad attitude as well. Chose the place because there was no line, now I know why.

I don’t know who the lady is working this morning but her customer service is horrible. I rarely leave reviews but she was so focused on her phone texting and making calls. I spoke when I first got there she said nothing. I thanked them as I was leaving and got nothing also. Never got soo much as a can I take your order. I had to say I was ready to get her attention to get out her phone. Then the good was subpar considering the price. Just disappointed all together. Another lady walked up just now as I was leaving asking for a napkin The worker literally just looked at her and said nothing. I was like wow. I understand it may be a ruff day. We all have them but the treatment was not ok.

Food was good, but the staff is the best! To the person who kindly asked mine and my partner’s pronouns, thank you so much for being a kind presence in the world’s worst airport. It occurred to me after we boarded our plane that I may have mistakenly misgendered you, brave person! I wish I had asked, or just used the word “person.” Whatever your pronouns are, you genuinely made a long, rough day so much better for us, and we really hope we didn’t do the opposite for you by missing an opportunity to correct ourselves. ❤️ ✌️

This place sucked first I went there and got a soda and chips and I was ready to order the lady there told me they only had card so I tried ordering online with the QR code there then there were no fries no soda no nothing except burger. I asked her where it all was but she said it was extra so I tried ordering with card in person and I got my things and I don’t eat meat so I wanted a impossible beyond burger but they ran out. Like who runs out. And the lady there was the worst part she was at the cashier talking to some man who ordered the food for like random stuff not important and would ignore me. Went online to look at the menu. While looking I see burgers that are $5-7. This is NOT the case (and somehow I forgot to look at the reviews like I always do or I wouldn’t be here writing this review today.) At the kiosk the basic burger is $13. The double bacon cheese was $17!!!! They said the tater tots cooked mushy so they subbed them with fries without asking. The fries were good but they were from The BBQ place across the way. The burger price does not include the fries/tots. The burger tasted fine but is so small. I understand airports inflate prices but this was crazy. 2 burgers, 2 drinks, a fry and a bag of chips for $60! Disappointing.

Overpriced Airport Burger. $17 Yikes! My double cheeseburger actually tasted good. A step up from fast-food burger but not up to a sit down restaurant burger. What I didn’t like was the order it yourself tablet with tiny difficult to read font and confusing option for “no sauce”. There was the red circle w/slash by the “no sauce” text…which meant it HAS sauce and you need to “select” to remove sauce. Not intuitive.

Burger was good, but that was the only thing passable about this place. Took way too long, was too expensive for what it was. They only accept orders over the app so they were literally turning customers away. The girl at the counter is well versed at making simple tasks look really complicated.
