So to beat the rush of Mother’s day, we decided to take my wonderful mother and beautiful wife out to dinner the day before. My mother chose Cut 432 and I have to say, we were not disappointed. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and ushered to our table. Patrick our server was very attentive and explained our options as this was our first visit. The food was on point and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a top notch steak house visit them in Del Ray.

Service was amazing. We had a lot of requests and they were very accommodating and swift. All of the sides are HUGE. Would definitely recommend sharing. The truffle corn was absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor. Would for sure go back here in the future. Perfect for a nice date night.

The service and food here are outstanding! The staff is friendly, supremely attentive, and the way they work together is really wonderful. Jimmy and JP are both fantastic. Started with the baked seafood tower, which was great. As a main dish I requested the petite filet accompanied with béarnaise sauce. For sides I shared the creamed spinach and the potato gratin. The bone in rib-eye was incredibly flavorful. Everything was cooked to perfection, with attractive presentation. I highly recommend this fabulous steakhouse!

We had a pleasant experience at Cut 432, the service was top notch and the food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and super attentive, we had an Old Fashion and a Whisky Mule to start and they were delicious. I love the biscuits they bring to the table with butter, jam and honey, yum. We shared a Ceasar salad and an order of half pound scampi king crab, the crab was one of the most deliciously prepared dishes I’ve ever had. So the reason for 4 stars is first the outdoor dinning was very loud, between the tables being so close to the people next to you that you have to mentally block out the other conversations and the occasional car with annoying mufflers passing by. Secondly, I ordered the dry-aged Delmonico and it was very bland and I was not a fan of the char on the steak either so not my favorite, but maybe that just my personal preference. I will say the truffled cream corn was very good. I would definitely visit again but I would ask to be seated inside and maybe try a different steak.

Great steakhouse down Delray Beach ! There’s definitely a few options for steak houses down here but cut 432 is definitely the best one. If you plan on coming here for happy hour (which is 5-7pm) make sure you’re in line by 4:30 because the bar only holds roughly 25 people and the line fills up very fast ! My favorite happy hour item is now gone (the Cesar salad) but they have some other go to items like their sliders / deviled eggs / Mac n cheese. Their espresso martinis are also delicious. They have the best banana creme pie & cheesecakes around. Definitely a must try down Delray !

The vibes were good. Service was good and waiter was attentive . We ordered a filet mignon and a NY strip. The meat was okay, not super flavourful. The steaks themselves didn’t wow us with flavor neither did the 3 different sauces we tried. The sides and starter biscuts were great. Fig jam was tasty. Overall very nice experience but I wouldnt call it a 5 star steak house.

By far the best experience of our trip. The food was exceptional, the service was flawless & the atmosphere was wonderful. Manol Georgiev was our server & simply put, he was incredible. He was willing to help with great recommendations, on top of our table needs throughout our meal & full of great conversation. It’s been 24 hours and we are still talking about dinner & how great it was. Everything was made from scratch, full of flavor, cooked perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUT 432!
