Fantastic food at really good prices. We had the pretzels and wings for appetizers. I had the bison cheeseburger for the meal. Probably the best bison burger I’ve ever had. Their cheesesteaks looked incredible, but I was hungry for a burger. The outside seating was perfect for an early June afternoon. The wait staff was very friendly and the owner was as well. He stopped by the table to make sure everything was good. A super nice guy who has a really good thing going in Jackson. When we are in the area again, we will definitely be stopping back by for another great meal. Side note: if you’re from the Philly area or a fan of the Eagles/Phillies, you’re going to want to visit them.

The pickle fries are more breading than anything due to them being put in a fry cutter. The chicken parm has diced up chicken that’s then breaded, then put on a sub with some sauce. Too much breading on everything! The only good thing they have going for them is the Philly cheesesteak as long as you tell them NOT to smother it in jalapeños that are so hot that you can’t taste anything…

Stopped in at this awesome little spot that I think is family owned while in town on vacation! And man this is a awesome spot to stop in and check out! The ambiance is more like a sports bar or locals spot! And the service was definitely top notch from several different workers and they were all very friendly and welcoming and inviting! And the food was amazing I had a bacon burger that they had and sweet potato tater tots and they were so good I wanted more haha! Will most definitely be back the next time I’m in town to try something else new from there menu!

Construction next to the restaurant – and its spot on a VERY busy corner – makes parking tricky and hard to find. But, if you do make the time to stop and visit, you’ll experience attentive wait staff and a fun vibe inside. They DO have a patio, we just chose to eat inside.

This was the first place we ate at in Jackson on our visit and unfortunately it was the culinary low point of our trip. The service staff we interacted with looked like fairly young, possibly fresh out of (or in) high school, which isn’t a problem if they can do the job well, but the hostess made an offhand comment to someone that she was going to have a panic attack because the restaurant was busy; this seemed like a regular dinner rush and there were maybe 10 people waiting to be seated nothing you wouldn’t see at most restaurants at dinner time. Our waiter was unfamiliar with the beers when we inquired. After taking our order he came back 10 minutes later to ask us for our order which we had to remind him he already took. Two of us got Philly cheesesteaks, one got a bison burger, and the other wings. The cheesesteaks were average at best, the bison burger was lacking in anything special, a plain white bun, a translucent white piece of lettuce, and the bay fries I ordered were just regular fries. Probably the most insulting were the wings which looked like they were bought from the frozen food section of a grocery store and just thrown in the fryer, definitely not fresh or made in house and heavily seasoned with salt (not spice). Being our first night in Jackson we weren’t sure if this was the dining quality we could expect but for the remainder of our trip the restaurants we visited were much better quality often with less of a wait and better pricing. These places included Whistling Grizzly, Hand Fire Pizza, Virginian Restaurant and Snake River Brewery. For my last meal we went to Snake River Brewing and had one of the best Bison burgers and Wings I’ve ever had, a total night and day difference from the quality of food we got at Cutty’s. Maybe I’d be more forgiving if the prices were lower but there’s a lot of places nearby that will offer you a better bang for your buck. I’d recommend the restaurant owners really dial in the quality of their food/menu options and the attentiveness of their wait staff if they want to compete with the nearby restaurants. Also if you have any food allergies their menu explicitly states that they will not accommodate you, something I’ve never seen on a menu before.

Delicious food. We got pizzas and the Philly cheesesteak. All the food was great. It felt a little crowded with the tables being so close to each other. The staff was super friendly and helpful, just tight quarters. Any added extra was an extra 2-3$ on the pizza so it adds up. Overall great place, sure to stop on your visit.

The pizza was fantastic! It came out quickly, and the server/bartender was very nice. I would absolutely come back to try other food if I had more time in the area. The atmosphere was very basic, but clean. They make it clear on their menu that they do not cater to food allergies, so if you have restrictions, I would look elsewhere. -1 because the hostess was literally wearing pajama pants and I just can’t with that. The owners are pretty clearly Eagles fans
