My boyfriend and I were in Chatham for the night while on vacation and we are so happy that a friend recommended Cuvée! We had such an amazing time, and I am counting the days until I can go back. The room where we dined was so cozy and intimate. They even had a fireplace that they light in the fall/winter season (perfect for a holiday dinner or date night). The service was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food I could rave on and on about. I loved the octopus. I am usually not a huge fan but the tenderness and flavor of the meat made it one of my favorite dishes that evening. Another delicious runner up was the A5 Wagyu which my boyfriend ordered. The steak literally melted in your mouth. I ordered the lobster which was a great pairing with the steak. The presentation of the s’mores dessert was so beautiful. It tasted exactly like a s’more but in the most sophisticated way. When you get your dessert don’t forget to add on the espresso martini! Thank you Cuvée for an unforgettable dinner!

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled a lot. There is a prix fix menu which offers 4 courses, with the ability to upgrade for custom wine pairings. It’s a small intimate setting with amazing wait staff. If you are coming here choose menu items which do not need to be altered for your consumption. The chef chooses the ingredients for a reason. All the ingredients are freshly sourced and the menu changes frequently.
