A solid 4! Food was bordering on great, but the chicken wings were not very good quality (bones broke easily on most of the flats) — that said, very good chicken sandwich with great fries. I also got an order of Brussel sprouts, which I thought were a bit heavy on the oil and would have enjoyed more of they were crispy. Personal preference. The bartender KJ was really friendly and attentive. I will say it was relatively empty for a Saturday night, but it was before school had started. The happy hour looks great and they also do trivia and bingo nights. I’d be up for giving it another visit sometime.

This was flat out terrible. I ordered via Grub Hub the food came super quick and even still hot! However the chicken wings were barely fried still sticky and soft skin, they had NO seasoning at all literally just tossed in the sauce that doesn’t even stick because they were undercooked. Super disappointing and not to mention $68 gone. Can’t even eat it. Truly wish I could have a refund.

This location is nicely hidden in downtown Charlottesville. They have some really great happy hour deals M-F. Our server, Jack was awesome! He was working on a Friday afternoon during happy hour and practically by himself. He was killing it!

Absolutely fantastic place – I almost don’t want to leave this review so we can keep it to ourselves! We’ve been coming in since they opened and have a great time every time. The drink menu is expansive and tasty – definitely a great place for a slushie pina colada. And their food is fantastic???? Can’t be beat. This place is super slept on, being right on top of whiskey jar, but definitely a staple for a night out on the town. Jack is a fantastic server and all of the bartenders are pros. Every other place is overrated honestly. I’m excited to see this place grow and bloom, especially with the second room decor!

Was in town visiting a friend and came across this place. Dav and KJ gave amazing service the entire time! Honestly the food was better than expected. The pasta and the chicken sandwich were really good as well as our drinks. Dav makes a killer green tea shot! We wish we had one of these back in Baltimore so until then we’ll have to wait until we come back to Cville. Trust we will be back!!!

Solid joint. Our waiter was hilarious and personable. They said they only had one guy in the kitchen but the wait for food was still fantastic. Food was good. Great mains with chip shop style fries that beg to be soaked in malt vinegar. Prices on beer are great. Frozen beverages were fantastic. Great beach bar atmosphere with comfy chairs. Would love to see this place get more traffic. It deserves it. Btw jack is goated
