Pretty disappointed. Won’t be ordering again. Called to confirm and was told the soup I was ordering was gluten-free – it was delivered and had orzo (with gluten). Also ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza specifically because the website said it had a blue cheese base, but it had marinara base, and I paid $2.50 for fresh garlic that wasn’t put on the pizza. In 2023 a pizza shop should understand and be able to advise on allergens such as gluten with respect to its menu.

D&D is my favorite counter restaurant in the Boston area. The food is all decent and much of it is really good. The prices are reasonable and the staff behind the counter always makes me feel like family. They have a very convenient online ordering system. I look forward to my next visit.

I’m sure their food is nice… If they actually sent our order. We ordered at 9pm and they close at 9:30. We waited and waited and never received any notice that we’d never get it. They didn’t even answer their phones either. Didn’t mind charging our credit card though! Now I have to either call them tomorrow for a refund or call my bank to report it as a fraudulent charge. Ridiculous.
