Small town burger joint! Clean, with friendly staff. I had a Wed burger special, Breakfast Burger & fries, $7.79. Hugs patty on Texas toast with fried egg, cheese, bacon strips, hash browns. Delicious! Fries have a seasoned crust, really tasty, too. Many ice cream drinks. Opened lunch and dinner. Go!

Fantastic burger and fries. Made hot right after my order. And the wait staff was great. While I was there, cops, construction workers, and families — young and old — stopped in for lunch or takeout. Just what you would hope for from a small-town drive-in. My only feedback would be to put a couple good salads on the menu. But that’s not exactly why a person goes to a burger joint. Thanks for the good service!

Went here for a change of pace today. I had a cheese burger, fries and a soda. The food was good, service was fine and the food came out pretty quickly. Everything looked clean. Steady stream of customers while we were there.

Food was awful! Cheese balls tasted like they were cooked in old oil. My husband had the Philly Sandwich, looked good…tasted horrid! I had a tenderloin, it was a frozen patty they fried! Drink and fried don’t come as a meal, they are $4 more. We drank our pop, a few cheese balls and each a bite of sandwich..$17.50?!?! Tables were dirty, the lady that was there said nope, no substitutes on anything. Min came with a bun, the tenderloin and 2 dill pickle slices…just like my husband’s philly….IT WAS AWFUL

Came from out of state for funeral with my niece.Stopped here for lunch and could tell it was a laid back country style restaurant.Where they knew all the locals by name.Friendly service and good food made me feel like I was a regular customer as well.

When i grabed my burger to pick it up tons of grease dripped out all over my hands, then i noticed there was a pool of grease below where the burger was, i had to use 8 to 10 napkins to soak up the grease and eat the burger, the only reason i am giving 2 stars is that they did not mess up my fries.

FOOD IS PREPARED BY YOUNG KIDS. WHAT MORE CAN I SAY. THE ATTITUDE OF THE TWO GIRLS THERE IS LESS THAN BUSINESS LIKE. ORDERED A BURGER AND FRIES. FINISHED WITH MY MEAL AND WAS LOOKING AT MY PHONE ON FB AND I WAS THEN TOLD THERE IS A 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT AND WAS ASKED TO LEAVE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DRIVE TO NEXT STOP AND GET BETTER SERVICE.

This is a great mom and pop shop. Everything from the smell of the frier and cook grill to the small booths and chair take me back to when I was a kid and we used to eat at another mom and pop shop called Dads in north Spencer.
