This is a local hole in the wall bar. We joined our local family here for dinner. It’s a small space but comfortable. The adjoining restaurant had a live band and dancing. Your typical bar menu. Not a lot of beer options. Food was good, we had nachos and chicken strips. The service was a little slow and they messed up one of our orders but it was about what we would expect in this type of venue.

Awesome dinners different every night. Thursday steaks are the best. Staff is very nice, service was perfect. Atmosphere is great for family, couples or big gatherings. Right on the water with beautiful scenery. Highly recommended to visit.

Great little low key get away with great customer service, food and atmosphere. Enjoy coming in on the evenings. D Macs is joined with the restaurant but a separate business. Great place for some fun and drinks. Can order food but it comes from the restaurant side. Photo taken about 100 yards facing east on frozen Hauser Lake close to closing time.

Service was extremely slow. Taco pizza was embarrassing, big chunks of ground beef with no seasoning, the pizza had a peculiar taste and there was chopped Romain thrown on the top. The steak special was not special at all just a greasy, flavorless big chunk of meat with a dry baked potato and the pie was very dry and crunchy as though it was cooked a days before it was ordered. WE (25 + of us) had an awesome family dinner there tonight. Erik gave us a wonderfull night !!!everything was perfect .!! ..they were out of prime rib but the top sirloin was fabulous. We will be back very soon to try everything on their menu. We cannot say enough about their hospitality felt like we were family. Desserts were awesome will be back for more of those also. Chef handled our crowd very efficiently and bartender was very sweet too great drinks. This is now our families extra special place to go. Great prices quality food,good size portions also. Ten stars in our book. Well worth the nice drive from spokane!! We highly recommend D-Macs !!! Thanks again to all of you at D-Macs at the Lake in Hauser Idaho!!

6 adults and 2 children went in to D-Macs at the lake. After waiting 46 minutes and 31 seconds for someone to take orders the chef came out with bloodshot eyes, flatulated in his hand, and threw the stank at the table… shamefull. The waitress alerted us later that they can’t serve any food because the chef smoked too many cracks and weeds. The only 2 people at the bar drank all Bud Light, which is the only beer they serve. We couldn’t even get a drink. Unfortunately we had to satiate our hunger and thirst at Curley’s less than 2 miles away.
