This place came in clutch, we had stopped at adelphia sports bar & grille around the block from DP Dough. It was the worst experience we have had in a really really long time! The food and service here was great here though. Wasn’t really wanting to get pizza or a calzone, but really did not want to deal with that other place after they had us waiting for an hour and told us it would only be 20 minutes two different times.

Great food later at Night is always a good idea. It had to be after 2AM and the food was delicious . Atmosphere was good too. Well lit dining room. Restrooms were closed however I think it may have been a safety precaution because it as neR closing.

We drove from the other side of the city to try it for the first time. We walked in and was heading towards the restroom before we ordered. We was told with a voice from the heavens. No using the bathroom unless you are making an order! Very rude and unfriendly greeting. So we done nether!

Calzones are not good. For a company claiming “The Original Calzone Company” I’d expect better. The dough was good but the inside of the calzone was not. The chicken in 2 of ours wasn’t good either and the calzones were just lukewarm, not hot. The Cheese Stix were good however and we all liked those. Staff wasn’t rude, but not very friendly either.

The manager of this locations is rude,childish and gives D.P Dough a bad image. My brother ordered food here the other night, had it stolen by the driver and has been waiting for a refund since. He ordered food tonight because it is the only place open when he works. The manager waits another half an hour to deliver his food after food was suppose to be delivered within the hour as per email to criticizes his intelligence when his order was constantly wrong and unacceptable(undercooked, cold, missing ingredients or too little of ingredients) and everytime he tries to get it fixed , he is given an attitude. The manager of this location is not friendly,has an attitude when she has to do any work, dresses unprofessional and give D.P Dough a bad image. If unprofessionalism is what you want with your food look no further than D.P Dough of Charleston, West Virginia. Definitely has lost my next purchase and the ones after that until this location treats the customers with respect and not like a they have mental issues

I got a Caesar salad and all I got was lettuce and cheese the only thing that was supposed to come on it was lettuce cheese croutons parmesan cheese like where is the tomatoes and cucumbers everybody knows that’s what a salad consists of.
