The food is good but I have no clue what they do back there. It took more than 40 minutes to get 2 calzones at 1PM, with only 2 other customers coming in for mobile orders. I rang the bell twice (after 30 minutes, then 10 minutes later) and I was told they were “packing it up” both times. That was absolutely insane to wait nearly an hour for some mid-tier calzones.

Love Notes for TLC
I was hung up on when I tried calling but the flavor of their vegan calzone made up for it. The man was patient as I asked him about their vegan fillings and I appreciated that. He was able to substitute items and I added a couple extras to my Impossiburg. Add in an order of tater tots and a side salad and I was full beyond measure! I enjoyed every bit of my dining experience. The flavors were spectacular! I haven’t had a decent calzone in years and this place happened to have two vegan zones to choose from. The price was great and definitely worth the journey to find this restaurant! (P.S. I went back during the evening to try the Buffer Zone and side salad. It was delicious and I enjoyed every bite! Although, I was not too impressed by the attitude of the young lady working nor was I pleased that their indoor seating was closed. The staff seems rushed most of the time. More than likely it’s due to the amount of orders they receive daily but that makes things a little less personable and welcoming to travelers. Lastly, parking spaces were obsolete during the evening and I parked behind the restaurant where one of their delivery drivers scolded me for using one of the empty spaces). The taco style was delicious too but I would have rather had chick’n in it instead.

Food tastes good but it’s always a very good chance they don’t put what you pay for in your calzone. Tater tots cold, no hot sauce or ranch in the zone. When I do end up ordering I expect disappointment at this point.

I placed an order for pickup and stood outside the side window like I have before in the past (I will admit it had been several months since the last time I’ve been here), but didn’t see a sign to come inside. Rang the bell, patiently waited for 5 minutes, and made eye contact with the cook to let them know I’m waiting. They looked busy so I just assumed there was just one person and had to wait. I also didn’t think to come inside because I didn’t want to come off as impatient or rude- as if coming inside is going to hurry them up. Someone else comes out of the kitchen (green hair), looks at me confused, and just points to the door. She didn’t explain that the side window isn’t used anymore and to come inside in the future, she just looked as if I’m inconveniencing her. But then again not everyone has customer service skills.

Their service straight up sucks. Waited 13 minutes just to get sauce. Order a hotbox, had it marked on the receipt, only to not get the hotbox. They made me buy drinks after, just to get tater tots. They assumed no responsibility, and were extremely sassy. Horrible service
