We’ve had issues getting our food in a timely manner before but this time was the last straw. It took an hour to get our two calzones and bread sticks after ordering online to pick up, we stood inside the store for almost 45 minutes waiting for them to finish and bring out an order, all in all an hour and a half from the time we placed our order to eating. Seems like nobody is in charge, there’s no management happening, what a waste of time.

The workers were extremely friendly especially considering how late they’re working, unfortunately the food gave my partner and I real upset stomachs, including vomiting and diarrhea. The food was bland and soggy. I used to love it here but I think the quality has gone down.

i got a half pound of dp dunkers and i don’t know how 5 barley breaded wings equals that but when i called all they had to say was ‘i don’t know what to tell you, i didn’t make them’. i hung up and decided to pick up my first shriveled up dunker for there to be a lovely piece of hair to be on it. i’m disappointed i used to go there all the time and it’s really just gone down hill from when it was months ago. thanks for the birthday wings! 🙂

Called my food in ahead of time, 15min I go in pay it’s not ready. I waited and waited. 40min later I still walked out with the wrong food because I had to leave. A free drink was offered, I had already paid for a drink. An extra cookie was given still the wrong cookie. I love DP dough just disappointed this time.
