I walked in here and both female and male employee was sitting there on their phone. I walk over to the register and the girl is still sitting there in her phone and then finally looks up at me. DoorDasher- Every single time I’ve been here, the staff are exceptionally kind, understanding, and friendly. The guy last night was apologetic because the food took an extra 3 minutes. It was refreshing to have someone be that conscious about delivery times. Even though it wasn’t an inconvenience.

I never write reviews, but I’ve been going to this specific location for a while so I decided to write one today! This is a great place that opens late enough for me during my late night studies. Today’s homecoming in town and seemed like a really busy day for them, but I got my food at a normal time or even faster! This specific location has a great manager named Trevor that I got to know after visiting so many times who always has a smile and positive attitude that makes this place worth visiting!! I recommend the tots for sure (I get them every time) and the danger zone is my favorite calzone, it’s always cooked well and consistently.

Have always enjoyed the food I’ve gotten from here. Today I ordered delivery from their app for the first time, ordered a couple of calzones and forgot to hook my own calzone up which was my bad, I had accepted my fate for it was my own negligence. The guy who dropped off followed my instructions and arrived sooner than estimated. To my surprise, they HAD hooked me up despite me forgetting to select it on my Mac daddy and everything tasted immaculate. They really put their whole calzussy into this. Bless up D.P. Dough.

A girl with red and black hair when I was picking up an order purposely locked the bathroom door on us because “ it was an employee bathroom only” and treated us terribly. Wish I knew her name worked on Saturday night on December 10th. Completely disrespectful and utterly horrible customer service. Will never return here.

I have gotten 2 “DPs” from DP Dough. I have not liked what I’ve gotten either time, but it’s nice that the place is open late. I really like calzones, so I was disappointed with both the quality of the ingredients and the value of my purchase. I only came back for a 2nd time because the Sheetz menu has shrunk to being practically empty, so past 3am there are NO other places to get hot food in Kent.
