I placed a to go order over the phone…I’m from around here but my husband is from Jersey, and up in the east coast they have so many good food spots because they’re all hole in the wall places. That being said since he’s been here in Texas he rarely finds food comparable to the east coast joints. So he decided to try this spot out and me I’m just used to regular ol wing stop and stopped eating it because it’s getting old but this spot here DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!

Chicken tenders basket was very tough to chew. Fries were swimming in grease. The piece of bread was saturated from soaking up so much grease. We sat and waited for the food inside the restaurant, and I looked under the table and there were 2 dead cockroaches. Basic cleanliness missing – front door was covered in greasy fingerprints, looked as if my dog had drooled all over it for the past month; tables and booths are dated and feel sticky. Got food poisoning from the small bits of food I did eat. Would not be surprised if there was health code violations.

Fish and fries was cold. I haven’t called in not even 15 minutes and when I picked my food up it was cold. I was very disappointed 14 dollars is a lot of money to waste on food. Bread was hard called to let them know the lady who answered the phone said it’s because I was the first order. You would think it would be fresh. I will not be giving them my money again.

Everything was pre-made my whole order was done in less than 10 so the fries were soggy…then they poured lemon pepper all over my fries. They had more lemon pepper on my fries than on my wings. And they advertise real American catfish….They gave me FAKE CATFISH they gave me Vietnamese SWAI fish. So the fish was mushy. Place is disgusting.

Amazing Black owned business I’m from Louisiana so I needed some soulful cooking I’m familiar with. Definitely try the banana pudding cheesecake The wings were great, not sold yet on the strips but I’ll try a different flavor on them next time. I remember eating my food happily at my job on my day off . I got the platter where you can choose 2 entrees!! I chose Catfish & lemon pepper wings!! Chose fried okra & fried corn as my sides The cake was amazing too

Food was very tough the shrimp the fish and the hush puppies they gave me no condiments I ordered off postmates and paid $26.00 for it and was highly disappointed. I definitely dont recommend this place to anyone and this is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a review like this and that’s because i legit think they don’t care what they give you even when you wait as long as i did!

This was my 1st time visiting this location. Don’t go here! Recieved food and the chicken was cooked in old grease. Neither one if the employees at the job ate their food. Politely called back to let them know of experience and they could care less. Not a way to be qhen working with the public.
