I came here with out-of-town guests from Michigan. I have never been to this restaurant before but wanted my friends to see what thin crust Chicago pizza was like. The toppings were fine but the crust was awful. Yes, it was thin crust but it was like a cracker. The server was wonderful, engaging and very pleasant.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. The food from beginning to end was pizzeria heaven along with the Service and overall experience. we started with garlic bread , alfredo fries, greek salads, house salads, pitchers of Peroni, then went to spaghetti and meatballs, deep dish and thin crust. i will make it a point to get back here when i visit next time.

Ordered D’Agostino’s at work after a crazy day. Ordering delivery was super easy and the staff taking the order was great! Delivery was quick and the food was fantastic! Their pepperoni is one of my favorites in town. The wings were fantastic, and the fries were just how I like them! It was a perfect ending to a crazy day and we’ll be ordering from here more often!

We ordered pizzas on Christmas eve and the canceled the order on us. Whatever it’s Christmas eve. Put in an order 6 hours in advance to be delivered at 8. Doesn’t show up on time. We received no phone call saying they would be late (which is all we really wanted) and were told we’re busy that’s just too bad. It’s a shame cause we like their pizza, but between getting orderes canceled on us and showing up late (yes 10 minutes matters when you have an hour lunch) I’m not sure it’s worth it going to them anymore.

Not from these parts, so I ordered with Postmates. I placed my order with them not knowing that I was 30 min away. The GM, Mark, called me stating that they no longer carried gateraids and wanted to know if I wanted to change for another item. I told him no and to just omit that from the order. The postmates app wanted me to delete or sub the item and then click on “update order”. Their app wouldn’t let me update the order. Well, it time out and postmates canceled my order. So I called Mark back and explained the situation. He said I’ll call them. Few minutes later he calls me back stating that they can’t send someone now because the order was canceled and I needed to reorder the same order without the gateraid. So I did. Eventually, the driver showed up to pick up my order about 30 min after the pie was done. He brought it to my hotel and when I opened up the box, my stuffed deep dish was still streaming hot. Thank you Mark for going above and beyond and making a bad scenario into a pleasant experience.

Took the kids on a little train ride with the intent to eat here while we waited for the train home. They were short staffed and had no dine-in option, and I had no idea where we could walk to eat and wait for our train. COVID is causing shortages and manpower issues everywhere, but we lucked out because just then a very sweet server happened to come in, seated us right away, and we had a great meal with great service… so very appreciated.
