update on 03/26: I recently visited this establishment for the second time and decided to try the tomato and curry chicken dishes. I was pleased to find that the tomato dish had a fresh and invigorating flavor that made it a delightful addition to my meal. As for the curry chicken, I noticed that it had a distinct milk flavor accompanied by a hint of ginger. Overall, it was quite tasty and definitely worth recommending to others. However, I must mention that the curry dish is slightly on the spicy side, so those with a low tolerance for heat should approach it with caution.

This place offers a genuinely authentic and delicious soup base that doesn’t leave you feeling thirsty afterward, unlike other places. They serve fresh ingredients, and you get to pull everything, including the noodles, into a boiling soup bowl yourself. The desserts are excellent, not overly sweet. I especially loved the Ice Mango pudding with homemade taro balls, which had a great texture. The drinks also look and taste fantastic.

Finally tried this place. The staff is friendly and the noodle soup is delicious. We ordered the broth with a big piece of pork bone and the sour cabbage with beef. The menu says it has hand shredded beef but no, the beef was cut.

I love their A1 on their menu, which whenever I go – that is my go-to noodle soup. The broth is savory, and the pork bone soup is just very delicious along with their noodles. I can’t explain, but this is definitely worth trying (if you haven’t yet)!!!

Been waiting a long time for this restaurant to open! Service is fast and friendly. The broth is yummy (could be a tad more flavorful) and hot and cooked the ingredients perfectly! You can order an additional bowl of noodles but it’ll cost $2 extra. They also have a whole selection of drinks which I ordered to-go at the end.

The food here was great! The chicken wings appetizers were really crispy and delicious. The broth was amazing, and the noodles went well with it. Can’t wait to visit again in winter, to enjoy the broth then too

They have very delicate noodle soup! And the price is affordable! With all the ingredients, only $15! I would come everyday for lunch and dinner! The broth tastes amazing! Very fresh, tasty and not too salty. The service there is good, the waiters take good care of your need! I’ve been waiting for this noodle place to open for the past year, and it was worth the waiting! They have variety of milk tea, they use the real taro paste for the taro bubble milk, very fresh. And high recommend the jasmine green tea honeydew slush! All fresh and refreshing! Will def go again with my friends!!!!

I’d be happy to give a 5 but the staff was not friendly at all. We walked in and there were a few tables. We always get a lot of food so we like the bigger table. She told us we couldn’t have one because it’s reserved for 4. We made it clear we needed one. Finally we just sat in one and that was that. Food was good. Nothing extraordinary. But it was good. I loved the pepper fried chicken. My bowl had plenty of noodle that was served separate which was nice. Flavor was good. Pretty spicy. I’m glad I added lamb for a few dollars more because it really didn’t have a lot of meat. So that may be something to think about. The cucumber was ok. Not the chili kind I expected. But ok. The other items where good too. Not a bad meal. I will go back.

Solid 4 stars all across the board for this place. Service is probably the weakest point, but only because it’s not a place to seek engaging conversation with the wait staff. Food comes out prompt, hot and delicious. Portions are fair for the prices, which are also reasonable. Flavor of the soups are also good – original and spicy are the recommendations. Tomato is quite tasty but has more aftertaste umami then when eating it. Drinks are good, standard typical bubble teas and smoothies. Good place for kids and there’s usually little to no wait. Highly recommend for your noodle soup/hot pot cravings without the break your wallet DIY process.
