Awesome ramen spot. We got the wings and tonkatsu ramen. Wow! Both have so much flavor. The staff is super friendly and great and giving recommendations. Check out their specials!

Absolutely delicious as someone who struggles with pork the chicken option was the best, light but savory, and packed with flavor.

Daiboku had a pretty relaxed, casual vibe. Lot of space and comfortable seating. And parking was available with an issue. We had the chicken Ramen with spice bomb. It wasn’t very hot even with the spice bomb. Overall, the taste was good but wasn’t mind-blowing. They have a limited sake selection, but I liked the grain sake I had. Strong yet refreshing. This is kind of self service place. You place the order and get a number for your order. Food came out pretty quickly.

Understand that the term “delicious” is subjective. However, the ramen soup base here really needs to be reevaluated.

BEST Jiro ramen in Austin!!! This is as authentic as it gets without going to Japan. Chashu is fatty and melts in your mouth. Noodles are thick and on point Just wish they will open one closer to lakeway, until then it’s so worth the 40mins drive for me.

This restaurant is what ready-to-wear is to haute couture. The couture parent is Sazan and they’ve done an excellent job in the simple powerful delivery of three types of ramen mainly due to two things. 1st is the koshu which is not found in Austin and 2nd are the noodles made by hand in San Francisco to specs and shipped weekly to this locale.

Super friendly staff and quick service. The food is good but just the portion is a bit small.

This fast-casual ramen bar combines traditional and modern elements for an inviting atmosphere. The broth is rich and flavorful, the result of hours of careful preparation. Their house-made noodles have the perfect texture, and the toppings, including tender chashu pork and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, bring additional layers of flavor. The staff are friendly and attentive, clearly passionate about the food they serve. It’s more than just a quick dining spot – it’s an experience in appreciating well-crafted, satisfying food. Highly recommended for any ramen lovers out there.

The chicken shoyu was delicious. I was very impressed with the balance of flavors. The only complaint is that I didn’t order extra noodles. This will probably my new favorite place.
