The food was good, but the service was very slow. It took a while for two bagel sandwiches to be made. Hopefully the slow service was just a sign that the food and ingredients are fresh. The people working the counter weren’t re-assuring about how long the food would take. Would come back again but maybe not for bagel sandwiches.

There is a reason this store don’t have a long line. They take forever to get your food I had to remind them my order then they would not give me my money back when I said forget it. Instead force you to take someone else’s bagel

Ton of variety, very average food that is pricey. There is a lot of great breakfast and dessert options to choose from, but the food is just okay. The donuts specifically were very dry. Prices are on the high side and service takes a little while. The people working were very nice and the atmosphere inside was nice as well.
