The party i was with unfortunately arrived about 20 minutes before they closed. EVERYONE there was super sweet in spite of all efforts prior to our arrival at cleaning like crazy to get it done and go home. Kudos to all staff, super friendly and helpful without attitudes or any unprofessionalism at all. I wish we had these in my town in FL. Delicious food and greatest service.

First time trying this chain as we are not from this state and it was pretty good overall. Didn’t get to try the ice cream, which is probably a sin, but hey, we only had so much time and room in our stomachs! The single burger I got was very good and the order was accurate to my requests. Kind of wish the slice of cheese were slightly bigger, but that’s a ~tiny~ complaint to make haha! The serving size on the fries was huge! The cheese sauce I got for them was lackluster though and I wouldn’t recommend spending money on it, just use ketchup. The chicken tenders were good and hot. The condiment bar was stocked and the whole place was clean and very full of staff. Options for seating was plentiful. The drive thru was packed at lunch so we definitely didn’t want to go that route and we were glad to eat in. The wait time to get our food wasn’t too bad. A decent visit and wouldn’t mind going back.

I really do not know why this place is as popular as it is. I went for the Monster burger and fries. I asked for ketchup, mustard, onions, cheese, and bacon. You get enough fries for two or more people. However, the burger had just enough ketchup to cover a half inch diameter of the bun. The two slivers of bacon were enough for a few bites, and the burger was overcooked to the point of dryness. When done right, the burger is delicious. But while the shakes and ice cream may be good, there is no consistency in the quality of the burgers. Next time, it’s Cookout for a really good burger.

Wow, popular and loud. Clean looking but small bugs in the diningroom. Food was quick and quite impressive in quality (especially for fast food). Staff worked quickly and were above and beyond efficient.

The food was great, the customer service was wonderful, and there was enough seating. The drive thru has been packed since I moved to the area, so we decided to check it out. $21 for my husband and I to have a Monster burger combo ea….awesome! However, you need to save room for the ice cream because it was fantastic!

They actually have a pretty good hot dog which is all beef. The star of the show was the sweet potato fries. Very delicious. The downside was four people who ordered after me got their food before me.

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. It is clean and well staffed. The double drive-through gets customers in and out quickly. The food and ice cream are delicious with many choices of hand-dipped as well as vanilla, chocolate and twist soft serve. This is a must visit restaurant when visiting Winston-Salem or Clemmons.

We had a very nice experience at the Dairio in clemmons on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time. The restaurant was very busy with a few bus loads of Boy Scouts and another group and regular customers. The staff did a great job at keeping the line going and food and service was excellent.
