All of the food was over cooked and burnt. Ordered some fries, nuggets, and onion rings. Which were all overcooked to the point that they all basically just crunchy and difficult to enjoy. For the last few times I’ve tried eating here. It’s been the same result, mostly everything is over cooked. They definitely need to replace or give their cooks better training

How is this place still in business? I walked in for a cone and walked out empty-handed. The employees didn’t know how to fix the cash register, and the ice cream machine was pouring out melted ice cream. The poor man in front of me literally got a tiny kiddie cone because the ice cream was so melted. I got up to the front of the line and stood there for 10 min while they tried to fiddle with the receipt printer. Then the employee walks away and gets on her smartphone. I walked straight out. The staff in this place needs some professional development in terms of dress and customer service…. Straight up joke of a ice cream shop.

I went there one night after getting some groceries, because you know, you don’t really want to cook anything after shopping for groceries. Well I got there and the staff was in over sized hoodies, greasy hair and very rude. The girl taking orders was extremely rude. She took the gentleman’s order in front of me and then left the register to eat her food which was right where the cook was putting orders out. (Disgusting). She then got an attitude when I said excuse me. She then took my order. I sat down at the table by the counter and waited patiently for my food. While waiting for my food, that same girl answered the phone when someone called and got extremely rude with whoever was on the phone. She slammed the phone down on the counter and was cussing up a storm back to her food by the cooks station. I got a cheese wheel, cheese sticks and Ranch for my cheese sticks. Well I never got my ranch. My cheese sticks were soooo over cooked that they were hollow inside. The cheese wheel was bland. Nothing special. There was dirt all over the floor like the place had not been cleaned in YEARS! This is just nasty. I hope that this gets noticed and something changes.

This place is the most disgusting place ever,from their food,ice cream,their lobby filthy to the employees!!! Rude as hell!!! We was the first ones there to get food but last ones to get our order because they forgot. Their employees are rude,dirty kids trying to run it. The ice cream melted and getting all over,they wouldn’t do anything about it,besides gave a cup, if I wanted ice cream in a cup I would of ordered one!!!! This place needs shut down!!!!

Food was average for establishments of this type. The building is run down and not clean. Service unacceptable. An hour before closing they were forcing all paying customers to do takeout. Meanwhile their buddies who didn’t spend a penny were welcome to sit in the dining room so the employees could visit with them rather than work.

Was told I needed to go here while I was in town and I’m glad I did. I ordered a cheesewheel, which you should order the double or supreme cheesewheel! It’s amazing and a medium order of fries will more then fill you up. Most of the employees are high school kids looking to make money over the summer and I thought they did a great job while I was there.

Young Girls that don’t care about what they are doing. I order a banana split no whip cream told it would take 30 mins because they have a lot of disks in front of my order. came out heaping with whip cream and very rudely was told I accidentally made it with whip cream walking away she’s says I can remake it and didn’t even turn around
