Just a great old hometown diner, narrow and quirky, great people and loyal customers. I had the chopped beef sandwich and coleslaw, plus some ice cold tea. Just passing through on a motorcycle ride and it really hit the spot.

Dairy Land Drive Inn has bbq and tacos and burgers. I’m surprised there wasn’t pizza too, just kidding. The staff were friendly and it was busy even at 2:00PM so they are doing well in Jacksboro. The chopped sandwich was okay, not a whole lot of meat in it. The fries were good. I’m curious about the nachos.

First time to eat here. I’ve seen this restaurant most of my life because traveling to Graham Tx to see my grandparents but we never stopped to eat here. So my mom.and I stopped in at 6:45 pm abd we both had the Sliced BBQ plate. The Brisket was very tender and had a great smoke ring, but was lukewarm as well as the bowl of bbq beans. My fries and my mom’s o-Rings were the only food item that was hot.

I’ve been a fan of this place my entire life. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s all so very good. I see where the business and the building are now for sale. I sure hope they find a buyer and this wonderful institution doesn’t close, even for a short while. Can’t wait to eat here again.

Service was good. Do not come here for BBQ. The sliced brisket was dry (I asked for fatty bark cuts). The BBQ chicken breast was clearly a frozen breast cooked in a pan and splashed with BBQ sauce. The burgers looked good. I did come at a busy time but assumed BBQ would be ready to serve. I waited almost 30 minutes after I ordered.
