Dairy Queen has always been one of my favorite places to go and not just because of the ice cream. The food always just tastes fresh. The flavors there and the quality are there. I really love the flamethrower burgers. And then of course obviously I love ice cream and milkshakes which are always good. And so far every employee I’ve come across has always been happy and smiling. This is a great dairy Queen. If there’s anything I could ask them to change is that they stay open a little later including the kitchen for burgers and snacks

I went there tonight to redeem a birthday coupon for a buy one get one blizzard. I also ordered food but everytime I go here the kitchen is “closed”. They told me the kitchen closes at 6:30!? Isn’t that dinner time?? I go to pay and the girl tells me they don’t accept my coupon at this location. I found that odd since my husband used a coupon at that same Dairy Queen the night prior. The only reason I went there in the first place is because I had that coupon. And the icing on the cake is that the girl helping me was nasty. Im tired of the customer service at this place. Everytime I go the staff is nasty. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The Local Guide
The wait was very long, service was friendly, they took our order and we waited for two blizzards for 9 minutes. That is a long time for fast food place. Getting a peanut butter cup blizzards and not having much peanut butter in it we kind of felt like we spent $12 on 2 small cups of ice cream. Hey it is what it is. This is why I do reviews. To let everyone know what to expect when going out to eat.

Ordered two blizzards at drive thru. Order was taken and received quickly. Got home and realized both were half full and lacking most of ingredients. Total waste of $15 and the $5 tip I left. Its easy to blame the young people working but where are the owners these days or the parents who should be instilling a better work ethic in their children? Taking someone’s hard earned money for a product and not delivering it is not only criminal but morally disgusting.
