Stopped on Father’s Day to surprise my Dad with ice cream for Breakfast on our walk. The guy who doesn’t like sweets chose the Banana Split himself and finished the whole thing. To me, that’s a testament to the craftsman who assembled the ice cream with care and how it would transform an ordinary day into an extraordinary and memorable experience.

They locked their doors 20 minutes before they even closed there was people in the drive thru so we tried going thru the drive thru , there was someone standing right next to the intercom and ignored us and walked away when we asked if they were still open meanwhile it’s 8:40 and they close at 9 and nobody answered us on the intercom. Poor service. Ever since they added a drive thru it looks crammed on the inside.

They got our order wrong. And when we went to the window to pay they gave us our recipe showing that we had payed for 4 items but two of them were incorrect. We informed her that 2 were taken wrong and she fixed one. But for the other she tried charging us another 6 dollars. We told her we had already been charged 5 dollars and she was trying to charge us 6 instead of just asking for the dollar or two she insulted us saying we “looked confused” and “I don’t know I didn’t take your order” she was rude and treated us terribly. The others complained that their food was subpar and mixed improperly. We definitely will not be coming back here.

I got a chicken box and chicken strip sandwich the chicken u could tell was already cooked than put in again it was so hard my husband broke a tooth and I got extra honey mustard sauce paid a dollar never got it. This is the second time we ate there hoping new management would have made it better. Than we try to call all night phone went to voicemail. PEOPLE WORK TO HARD FOR Their money for this kind of service.

Whatever the worst customer service experience you’ve had has been, it’s nothing compared to this place. If you equate ice cream with sprinkles to happiness pass by. This place is run by one of the most hostile men I’ve ever met. It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so shocking.

They closed the doors 40 minutes early even though there were still customers coming up trying to order. The workers were very rude and seemed in a rush to close. It’a disappointing.

Went to diary queen, on the 11th of February. At 8pm guy was very rude said we are only taking credit cards. He had an attitude and everyone else was just standing around doing nothing. I will not make the mistake of coming back to this location if that’s how you treat customers.

I finished eating my meal in Monaca and wanted ice cream. So we checked the internet and it stated the doors closed at 8:30. We made it there by 8:10. We pulled on the doors and they were already locked. And an employee stated we already counted our drawers, we can’t let you in. That isn’t cool and is bad business conduction for the public. I’m not looking for a free hand-out; however today I called and spoke to a supervisor regarding the manner and one of the young kids that closed last night lied and said they didn’t close the doors until 8:30. I proceeded to tell the supervisor I’m a google reviewer and she hung up on me. NOT COOL Maybe the supervisor should check their cameras if she was in any type of management position

Typical Fast Food…. Mediocre at best… definitely overpriced. Staff seemed overwhelmed but were polite. Check your order before leaving if doing Take Out….opened bag to find Fried Chicken Sandwiches instead of the Grilled Chicken. Definitely a Last Resort Choice UNLESS getting ice cream.

Paid for extra sundae toppings and didn’t get them. Had to ask for extra again. Not my favorite place. They dont participate in the whole “we turn your blizzard upside down or it’s free” rule, even tho the sign is posted inside the store.
