Was told I’d receive a refund for a canceled order that they did not even make, and a phone call confirming that the refund has processed. It’s been almost a week and every time I call, the manager is never there and it’s assistant managers answering and stating that they are unable to do the refund themselves and only the manager can do so (which is understandable). They reassure me that there are notes left for this gentleman but still have heard nothing.

Everything was great, only complaint is the extremely long line at the drive thru but I think that’s got more to do with the size and location of the store not employee performance bc for as long as the line was it went pretty fast.

I’m updating my review.. we haven’t gone to dairy queen in a while due to wait time and mess ups in the past and this time I had to take my ice cream back in twice.. I was going to just let it go when they told me the frozen cheese cake is broken up during mixing which ok.. however frozen chunks of cheesecake don’t just completely crumble and vanish.. I called on the way home and spoke to the manager who offered to personally make my order and I have to say this is the best cheesecake blizzard I have had since I worked at DQ myself. Thank you.. the manager’s service was 5 stars! I understand toppings cost a good bit and there are measurements to what the amount they can use, but never should anyone not be able to find at least a piece of the main ingredient of their order. Oh my! Where to begin? I put an order in online, arrived at the store to wait 15 minutes but that’s okay because I understand they were busy. What wasn’t okay was the older lady spilled a blizzard onto the counter scooped it up and slopped it back into the cup! Then proceeded to wipe the cup, lid and counter with the rag used to wipe down the kitchen all day! Then served it! We got two dirt blizzards and both were unblended and had no gummy worms very disappointing! No we did not eat the contaminated blizzard . Please, don’t tell me how sorry and how unacceptable this is. Do something about it! The older lady should honestly lose her job and I think she’s a manager! That could make someone sick! Fix it, please!

The last three times I visited this DQ they have not got my order correct. I ask for no cheese on my burgers (because all their specialty burgers are cheeseburgers) and everytime I get home there is cheese. No cheese,means no cheese..it’s rather simple. Update: so I finally got to eat my burger the next day due to family emergency. And to my surprise there was no cheese..also it had no bacon on a double bacon burger. I called them and instead of replacing the burger I was told to come in and she would give me two slices of bacon. I can’t believe it..

Waited 20 minutes for 2 blizzards and a sundae. Nobody in drive-thru. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Watches 2 workers just walking around. 1 small blizzard 1 medium blizzard and a Sundae for 15 dollars.
