The staff was not particularly welcoming but were decent. We got the blizzard, which is supposed to be flipped upside down to show that the ice cream is hard. Our cups were not flipped, but we were hopeful the ice cream would be good. Instead, by the time I walked outside to the parking lot, my ice cream was running down the sides of the cups. It leaked into the car and all over the seats. 5 minutes into our drive home, it had turned into soup. I am completely disappointed. If the ice cream had not been of good quality, we should have been informed. I’ve never had such a horrible DQ experience. Will never be back.

This place really needs to be repaired! The ceiling tiles have water dripping in several places. Tile missing from floor, windows leak, they have towel wadded up on them if it rains. Tiles missing from ceiling. Cob webs swinging from lights. If it’s not going to be taken care of it shouldn’t be open to dine in.

This is an old Dairy Queen. It is not clean. The kitchen had a couple of violations from what I could see from the drive-thru (container of vegetables was on the floor. Im not sure exactly what it was, but they were using it to top burgers, and the equipment was really unhealthy dirty) The dining room smells so musty and needs to be heavily cleaned. The staff is mostly pleasant. My order has only been messed up once in the 50 times I have been there, so that is a plus.

Friendly, polite, and the order taker accurately took our order, just the one time without a lot of repeating and confusion as there is sometimes at other places. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Overall, good experience, although they could work on sustainability initiatives. Incentives, or promote programs to locate to the area. There’s certainly enough business and businesses for Loop, enLoop, or something similar.

If you’re looking for a fresh burger from fresh high quality ground beef, keep looking. It was all I could do to keep this cheeseburger down. I didn’t know if I was chewing the frozen beef patty that rose from the dead on the griddle or the limp pickle slice placed on the patty. Steer clear!
