First negative review I’ve given after many years of reviews. Please put condiments out for your customers. Had to get up from our table several times to ask for more and then were only handed two at a time. Please smile more and don’t appear so angry.

Hours say closes at 9 P.M. Pulled up to drive thru window at 8:45 and got a closed message through the speaker. Called the restaurant phone number and they would not answer the phone. Nobody would answer the speaker or come to the window. Bunch of teenage kids running the place. No adult in site! I do not recommend anybody eating here in the evening hours. Or whenever they’re open? Absolutely Terrible service!!!

Went to grab a birthday cake for my brother, we were the only ones inside and completely ignored. The guy kept stocking, made eye contact with us and continued to stock. Someone came out from the break room, looked at us and turned around back to the break room. The 2 girls in the drive through looked at us once then avoided eye contact. Finally since the front is stocked the guy starts ringing us up, no words to us, just tapping at the computer. He charged us too much for the cake so after we paid and I saw the receipt I went back to ask them to fix it. He “guffawed” and walked away, still no words from him. The girl came over and only said “what did he do”, apparently he’s an issue. She refunded us the wrong amount, I corrected her and she said she would give us a discount on our smaller cake, she did but only 3 dollars so we still ended up overpaying in the end. At that point I gave up on them, I was so mad I just wanted to not even get it anymore and get an icecream cake from food lion, they’re just as good and 200% more friendly. We normally love getting blizzards from here but we will be going to daps from now on, Stuart’s draft has 3 icecream places, I highly suggest going to one of the other 2.

The food was decent, but not great. The girl at the drive-thru was polite but utterly clueless. I gently had to correct her 3 times. She was incapable of even realizing her mistakes. I told at the end to try to have a better day.

Bringing a family member home. Stopped for lunch . Had chicken baskets and hamburger and fries with sundaes. All good. Service was great and food was served in a timely manner.

I love DQ. We arrived with only 1 car in line at the window and they were having issues. Fast forward to us, we ordered $41.00 which was 4 sandwiches + 2 fries + 2 drinks. We specifically asked for no onions on 1 and well, there it is, onions. Ordered the A1 triple burger, came with only 2 patties. The fries, geez, they felt and tasted like they were made for lunch. As much as it cost to feed a family at a DQ, the least they can do is get the order right and it at least be hot. I’m sure we will go back, but not for food, for blizzards.
