Downloaded the app to get the 85c Blizzard. Was told the app said my time expired. Had to pay 5.11 it. Just downloaded in the parkinglot outside the door before coming in. No one inside seemed to know how the app worked. Not good will not be returning. Someone should have helped us or told us we could talk to someone who could. Verona va DQ 4-15-23 around 10:20 am.

Came in 45 min before closing had to stop someone for service. Our order was taken and had to work with someone else because the server didn’t know the new operating program,was very understanding and was charged for more food than we ordered by the time they was ready to hand us or food. Server called someone to change the order after 10 minutes of them trying to figure out what they should do. I responded with just give me the food and not worry about trying to refund the money but the burgers was burnt hard and inedible. I’m not saying don’t go here just hopefully they get someone over 17 years old for a manager to work.These kids was overwhelmed by the load, drive thru was nonstop. This a a problem with any fast food restaurant now a days.

Terrible service. Door was locked an hour after opening and all workers looked at us and laughed as we stood outside. Went through the drive thru instead and our food came out wrong and ice cold. No effort on anyone’s part it seems
