My husband has a real problem….he LOVES Dairy Queen’s chocolate soft serve ice cream. He ALWAYS gets a large cone (daily). So, while we were visiting family, he decided to stop in and get his usual….The employees were SO nice and REALLY did a great job. The one even made the other employee make another cone because he said it wasn’t a large. Lol My husband was so excited and took a HUGE bite. He ALMOST spit it out in the car…..I’m not sure what type of ice cream mix they use at this location, but it is NOT DQ mix. It was ice milk, and my poor husband was pitiful. (LOL!!!) This location really has AWESOME employees, and it’s not their fault the owners choose to use the cheap stuff.

Visited the location 3 times since the release of the new cake batter, cookie dough blizzard. The wait times were very long (20+ minutes)and when I arrived at the counter was told they were no longer selling it. I asked for a banana split instead and they stated they were out of bananas. I ended up leaving empty handed after 3 options I chose were out. I tried to give this location several more opportunities for a better experience but was disappointed repeatedly.

We showed up at 9:15pm on Sunday night and waited 30 minutes to get to the speaker. It took them 30 minutes to do approximately 5 cars worth of orders. When we finally got to the speaker at 9:45pm, we were told they were closed. Google Maps clearly states this location closes at 10:00pm. It definitely seems to me the staff purposefully went slowly on customer orders in order to do less work and take less orders. On top of that they closed early on all the vehicles left in the line. We decided to leave and not make a fuss about it at the building but we definitely will be following up if there is some sort of corporate reporting line. In addition, we will not be returning to this location.

I do not recommend to go to this location at all after what I seen tonight. I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. Once getting to the window I see 3 people sitting down( no wonder it took so long for my order to be taken) and while waiting at the window for a couple minutes I see a worker putting ice cream in a cup an licking it out and instead of washing her hands she goes right back to making orders and she did this multiple times. Also my order sat at the window for a couple minutes before they took my money or anything. My ice cream was melted everywhere and then the worker at the window had the nerve to rush me when she took her time

This place needs a manager present. The kids spend too much time playing instead of making the ice cream orders. One young guy picked up a brownie and put it in the glass and didn’t have gloves on and a girl was waiting to mix a blizzard and was playing with her hair. One of the fellows was extremely rude. Too bad, this used to be a nice place to go.

My family ordered our food. Everyone had there food but me. I stood patiently as at least 5 other orders were taken. When all were served not one person asked if I needed something. I got someone’s attention and asked how much longer for my food. I was given my food and asked for honey mustard for my order and ranch for my daughters. I was told that I could only have 1 dipping sauce. I explained it wasn’t for me but that didn’t seem to matter. Instead of apologizing for my extreme wait this was what the disagreement was over. Well after almost $50 was spent I hope the owner appreciates you lost any future orders over a container of ranch.

This place is an utter joke. On several occasions we leave there disappointed. Today was no exception, we sat at the drive thru speaker for over 20 minutes waiting to order only to have another customer tell us they weren’t going to take our order. I guess it took too many brain cells to come over the speaker and let the customers know the issue. My family and I come here a minimum of twice a week, year round. This will be the last time we come. Everyone in line was furious.

Absolutely ridiculous…. we placed a order online and went to pick it up. When i arrived they looked lost, confused and didnt know what was going on. When i returned to work for my 30 min lunch i realized that 2 orders of pretzel sticks and our cheese bites were missing. We called to ask about it and they stated they were out of those items ( rudely, might i add)

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. If they don’t have what you ordered, they will not contact you to tell you. Nor will they refund your money, “because it was placed online and they can’t…” They screwed up my order, left things out, then when I called their “Manager” wouldn’t even speak to me directly. She coward behind some other lady coaching her on what to say. She doesn’t need to be in customer service especially in management. Go somewhere else where people actually do their job correctly without attitude or at least someplace that doesn’t literally steal your money.
