I ordered one of the original blizzards from back in the day, the peanut butter crunch blizzard the girl didn’t know how to make it and I told her I would tell her how to make it she went back and asked a manager and he instructed her not to make it for. He said it’s not on the menu and they don’t make custom blizzards .. great way to lose a $7 sale….

the website said that it closed at 10:30, and I pulled up at the drive through at 9:59. The staff there said that they closed at 10 and refused to give us any food or service, even though the car directly in front of us in the line was able to get food. While multiple staff members were at the drive through window, they all rudely denied us and would not give any help. I am very disappointed.

The people who work here only play around and take 30 minutes to get orders. Me and my family were here today and we have been in line for 30 minutes! The people are horrible! It is absurd that it took that long! I do not recommend this Dairy Queen. The food is amazing but the service is horrid.

The inside was closed and they were making everyone go through the drive thru when it was definitely well within business hours (7pm). The person taking orders was a bit abrasive. The person taking payments and working the window was nice and the food was mostly right. Tbf this should probably be 2 stars but he made it 3.

My blizzard was decent, but the lobby was closed at 7pm and I had to wait in a pretty long drive thru line. The person taking my order repeatedly asked me “anything else?” which felt unwelcoming.
