SKIP THIS PLACE! Not only is their place filthy but their customer service is terrible. They didn’t even greet us when we walked in. In took TWO people to add caramel onto ONE sundae. This place needs to be remodeled & new staff needs to be hired. I tried to grab a quick bite here due to the greyhound stop & I took my behind to Bojangles instead. Knowing they greyhound stops right there they should conduct better business. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The restaurant had water leaking from the ceiling. The staff took the order fairly quickly, but the food took absolutely forever to get to us, not to mention some of the order was incorrect. I ordered the Chicken finger basket and it was pretty good, but the person I was with ordered a hamburger and it was mediocre at best. The other people who were with us waited about 2 times as long to receive their order. Overall not impressed. Will not stop here again.

Went there today and most of the items I wanted to order, they didn’t have. I asked it they had Slushies and the woman said yes. When she turned on the machine, it was making a lot of noise. The syrup was coming out it not with the Iced part of the Slushy. I asked her was there a problem and she answered, we haven’t used the machine in a while so it will take a while to work. I canceled my order, because if I hasn’t been used in a while; that means the machine hasn’t been properly cleaned as part of the maintenance. I’ve been there go this same place and they didn’t have what I wanted to order.

Pulled up to the store and the cashier is outside smoking a blunt. Inside, my husband’s order is completely messed up, he’s overcharged and they give him a receipt with only codes on it. Fries tasted like they had big spray on them. The entire experience was horrible. We are calling corporate it is so bad.

I only gave 2 stars due to the nice service from the two ladies working. HOWEVER… They have a nice 2015 picture and award for cleanliness next to the cash register… Their dining room AND BOTH bathrooms needed a lot of work!!! We got our ice cream to GO! This is a gas station/Dairy Queen spot

Went through the drive through and ordered a couple of small blizzards. Both blizzards were barely blended on the top and that was the end of the blending, the rest was vanilla. I had ordered the oreo mint and to have all the mint flavoring solely on top was completely off putting from the first bite. It wasn’t busy or anything like that, they just didn’t seem to care.

Pretty slow service for a fast food restaurant. I realize it’s Thompson GA and maybe a more laid back atmosphere. But still, you are off the interstate and people might be coming to your establishment because they expect to get back on the road quickly.

Food was ok, service was confusing. Upon arrival, we were not acknowledged in any way. Waited a few minutes when someone showed up. Finally placing our order with clearly a person who didn’t know what she was doing and had no guidance. We waited a good 15 minutes after ordering to get our food – it was not busy and not a complicated order. Didn’t get everything we were supposed to but wasn’t worth the fuss because every question I asked was followed with a blank stare. Training, owners. Training! Don’t assume since there’s one child who’s done it that the newbie is covered.
