Ajovon Martin, the assistant manager, was friendly and took good care of my brother and I. Food was hot, and for a fast food joint you could tell they really try to get the food to you at its best. Really nice touch was asking if we wanted our deserts now or after we finished lunch, which was much appreciated. Would recommend!!

The women was terrible and since she didn’t wear a name tag I can’t even give a name. We understood that the drink machine was broken and we get our own drinks but she didn’t even let me decide on a size and kept repeating herself and if she would have mentioned their was no size and that we would be getting our drinks from subway that would’ve been good intel as well. So overall we felt rushed she was rude and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Food was good, which you can get from a different location.

The young men that were working today, 6/29/23 at 640, were so friendly and on top of things. The store got really busy and they were the only ones working but they made it happen. Even with the machine busting a hose in the middle of everything. They kept it professional and kept getting everyone’s orders out. Definitely felt they deserved some praise.

I would recommend Eragon for a promotion. Probably the only person who cared about the customers. Not all the employees were bad, he was just visibly caring and talked with me. The manager hid in the corner on FaceTime with a friend the whole time while people waited and they didn’t help their staff. I didn’t get their name as I couldn’t see them but who ever was on at 645pm on Mar 17 2023 should not be a manager.

The staff was very unfriendly, the icecream machine was broken and they told us so more then once, I’m assuming because the wanted us to just leave. We ordered chicken fingers and the ranch we were given had gone bad.the place over all just did not look clean.

The food was really good but the cashier was very rude. She was rolling her eyes and yelling and had a very angry tone. My grandson who is 7 asked me if he did something to make her mad. I had to explain to him some people have bad days and take it out on others. We will never step foot in that store again.
