A Muncie Experience
Great service! Friendly staff! Easy access in or out from either direction you’re traveling along US 1, the Overseas Highway as it’s situated between the southbound and northbound lanes. Fantastic Blizzard’s and soft serve ice cream as you would expect from Dairy Queen! Highly recommended stop when traveling along the Florida Keys!

I was there yesterday evening of valentines ordered a small cherry blizzard with pineapple added. They did not put my pineapple in it and only had the very top with a little cherry on it when I brought it to there attention they looked at me like I was crazy. I would never recommend for anyone to go to this dq. None of our stuff was right and they would not fix any of it. Yhe worst staff I have ever seen. I expect to have fruit in my blizzard when I order it not 3/4 plain ice cream.i will never go go here again . Who ever the owner is should be ashamed to let that store be ran this way.

Service is horrible, staff is extremely rude. Go somewhere else. This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here and if I could give negative starts I would. The communication was absolutely horrible. Went through the drive through and ordered 6 things. One thing was wrong and one thing never got rang in. I completely understands we have 6 items so if something is wrong I understand. No one read back our order, the girl who took our order was rushing and very short. We got to the window and they tried to give me the wrong item and when I said our item was wrong I was confronted with attitude and push back. When I brought it to their attention we were missing an item they were extremely rude about how “you didn’t pay for that”, again that’s fine, I have no problem paying I just want my item. In order to get the item they wanted us to “go back around because they have other people behind us”. I wish we would have never even paid for the next item and left. We were treated horrible. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Such a disgrace to be a Dairy Queen.
