I went through the drive-thru. Staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed in the food after spending $63 for 3 people. I was still hungry after eating the bacon double cheeseburger (more like a single) and I have to ask after eating the banana split … where is the ice cream? All I tasted was the banana and the whipped topping. This place is nothing like it was before. I do not recommend.

The person who helped me was not very polite but was very short with her answers as if it was a pain that I asked a question about the blizzards that were available and I asked for a medium and it was extremely small and for $6 it was not a good deal. Plus the chocolate pieces in it tasted like fake chocolate. They ended up making me feel ill. My wife asked for extra fudge on her hot fudge sundae and, well let’s just say I am going to stop going to dairy Queen after Many years of visiting there.

This isnt any DQ I’ve ever had. Chicken tenders look like something you’d get from the olive gardens kid menu, serviced in a styrofoam container not a DQ box, and the dipping sauce is ken’s not DQ as well. So im confused

This location is ok. The service is low budget but the ice cream is expensive. Save your money and go to Coldstones. I’m rating my experience 1/5 stars because I requested a pup cup and they gave me vanilla ice cream. Thank goodness I checked the cup before giving it to my furbaby. If someone pays for a pupcup of whipped cream, that’s what you should provide. You could’ve of killed my dog. I’ll stick to Starbucks for the pupcup and coldstones for my favorite ice cream.

We got in the door just before they locked down early. Our order was served quick but it was incorrect. The staff had some issue with the customers ahead of us. They we’re having a meltdown. My Sunday was good but my wife was unhappy ☹️

Love Love Love this Dairy Queen!!!! We are from NY and took the grandbabies here today. My granddaughter has a nut and a dairy allergy and Angie went above and beyond!!!!! She was able to relate and made it a point to make us feel comfortable and offered us something from the Dilly Bar. She was so friendly and they were super busy at the time. Thank you Angie!!!! Highly dissatisfied. I have came to this DQ three times, literally only three times. And each time I have waited over 20-25 minutes for a chicken tender basket. That’s it, which takes less than 6 minutes to make. I’ve worked in fast food for 15 years. And hands down this is the worst place I have ever experienced. And I love DQ! One of my favorite spots for a quick bite. I never leave reviews unless I experienced something ridiculously bad, poor quality and/or management. Three times is the strike for me. Honestly there’s needs to be better structure for your restaurant, for your evening crew. I was not the only customer this evening to bring back our receipts requesting for our food. I get busy times, and enjoying your job and having fun. 100% support make your workplace fun, makes for a smoother night and better atmosphere, but you had 7 crew members tonight basically talking, standing, and cleaning, when your still open for another hour or two. Then for me to find my food sitting on a table waiting to be walked out.
