Very disappointed. Sat in line 20 minutes. Employees had been outside taking orders so they were very aware of the line. Finally pulled up to place my arder at exactly 10:00 to be told “We are closed.” I asked about the line and was told a second time “we are closed”. The employees are rude. Will NOT go back and would absolutely not recommend going. Only reason I give it 1 star is because no stars isn’t an option.

Ordered ice cream cupcakes for Granddaughter’s birthday on 5/17. They were delicious & staff was great. So ordered 8 cupcakes for 5/21 for our Grandson. He wanted the ice cream cupcakes in green frosting. Donna and Kerry were terrific. They even put little dinosaurs on his cupcakes, which he really enjoyed. Their professionalism, help, friendliness and courteousness was fantastic. They went above and beyond.

My sister and I went there this afternoon, we pulled to the window weren’t greeted with any customer service. Just told our total, then when she was handing us our blizzards didn’t even mention which were which; they weren’t blended you could clearly see the vanilla base. My fiancées MINT Oreo was literally more vanilla than mint. He couldn’t even eat half of it.

My wife and I each had a burger. We both got diarrhea. Either the meat or the lettuce was spoiled. I had a double. etc., but couldn’t finish it because it tasted bad. They passed right through us within a couple of hours.

These people are slow, overcharge for every thing. I was charged $1.00 for a pup cup. My deals would not generate in the app, so I had to pay full price….then they do not scan your app to receive points. Horrible!! Oh.. did I mention that the are extremely slow.

Overall, this DQ is good. The drive thru can run a bit slow during rush/busy times. There is a good amount of parking just in front of this shopping plaza. The only real issue is leaving the parking lot, especially if you want to turn left onto Florida Ave since there is not a traffic light.
