Stopped in for breakfast, had the BEC croissant, a bit disappointed. They take a bit longer than other fast food places, almost 10 minutes. The croissant was hard on the bottom, as if it was put in the microwave a bit too long, and the top was broken in half. However, the hash browns were amazing.

As a former part owner of a DQ i was taken back by the attempted turn away of my order. The item…simple…a cherry coke Mr..Misty. The attendant said we don’t have those. I had to explain to them how to make it. They did and its good. More training needed here or lose money and customers.

Pro tip: If you are ordering food and Blizzards, they will give you the Blizzards at the window, then park you for your food, leaving the Blizzards to melt while you wait. So it is better to order your food, get parked, then circle back around to order the Blizzards.

Worse restaurant around the area! Never had a bad experience with DQ before and I usually go there once-twice a week, I ordered 2 4 piece baskets my house is 15mins away from the restaurant I get home & my order is incomplete & the french fries are falling apart super greasy & cold. I called the restaurant requested a manager whoever answered the phone screamed YO SOME RANDOM GIRL ON THE PHONE REQUESTING A MANAGER. Not sure what kind of respect they have for eachother, when the lady answered I explained to her about my issue about my incomplete order or my fries, all she kept saying was do you want the comments phone number I said no I want you to fix my issue, she said theres nothing I can do, thats how the fries are & i explained to her this is not the first time i buy from here, she was just absolutely no help & not even offer to go back to the store to fix my order. I absolutely will not be going back to this restaurant at all because imagine they dont even respect eachother what makes you think they would respect the customers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Didn’t really like their food. Maybe it’s just me. They have really good service and the atmosphere isn’t really all that. It didn’t make me feel like staying to eat in. The caramel shake was good at first but later I felt sick by the time I finished sipping it so I threw it away.

Thought my order was taken at the speaker, but had to give my order all over again at the window. As I sat waiting, the window was open. I could see the staff (all of whom seemed to be high school-aged girls) hanging out gossiping. When our items were handed to me, they were incorrect, as in items I never even asked for. This location seems to be just for staff to hang out and socialize. I’ll skip down to Andy’s Igloo next time.

I will not go back to this place or any other DQ!!! So sick of ordering something, paying for it but never ever getting the rite thing.. I work way to hard and food cost is redeclious. No restaurant cares that they mess up your order.. they will not make it rite.

What a horrible experience my wife and I just had at Dairy Queen on Havendale Blvd in Winter Haven, FL. We ordered a banana split/boat and an M&M Blizzard. I will say it was extremely busy, but that does not justify the poor communication and customer service.
