I sat in a long line tonight during down pour, when going to take my order they said hold on for at least 10m. After rolling down the window a few times to check to minimize the amount of soaked I was getting she went to take my order. She immediately cut me off and said we cut off the kitchen at 930… it was 920 and they close at 10. Also customer service wise tell us immediately “hey we aren’t doing food” instead of making us wait. I live 3m away and due yo the customer service will spend my money elsewhere. Don’t bother going to this DQ as wait times are long and now overshadowed with bad customer service

Seen a commercial last night. So, it made me want fries and gravy. I went on lunch break with my partner. I was reminded why the last time I ate dairy queen was 2 years ago. First we order two of the meal deals (one being the chicken basket), the worker said, “we are out of coke. Would you like diet?!” I said, “okay, Dr pepper. ” She said, “we are out of that too.” I said, “what do you have regular?” She said, “just sprite.” Why wouldn’t just state that to begin with? Then I order a side of Texas toast to go with my gravy. I check my food and surprise, surprise. No gravy. I inform her and she states, “we are out of gravy.” What a waste of time and money to have a terrible lunch. Definitely, won’t give a Louisville Dairy Queen a third chance.

Changing my five star rating to a zero star their employee referred to me as being on welfare. Single mom of three children working her a** off should not have to deal with somebody talking s*** when they go in to purchase food. The people you had in here in the morning were fantastic now. All of your people in the morning need to be fired because they’re rude to your customers. I will never come back to this store.

We recently went to this DQ to purchase two blizzards. They stated they were no longer taking orders. It was TEN minutes before closing time. I understand they have to clean before they go home, but if that’s the case – why not put 9:50 PM on their sign???

Absolutely worst dairy Queen I have ever been to. Food was served after ice cream, after we had to sit for 20 in line just to get a dry burger and old fries. Do not go to this dairy it is horrible. And this was a blizzard so much vanilla in the bottom with barely any toppings pathetic

I have been coming to this store every weekend for breakfast for as long as I can remember. The last 4-5 visits have been horrible! Not taking debit cards one time, pull up and we’ll bring your food to you in ten minutes(it was 28) another time. Wrong food one time. Today, no answer at drive up mic, drove to window and was told the drive through is closed (no sign) . There is always an issue!! I have decided to NEVER return!

Placed order and paid at 9:08 pm. Sat in drive thru #1 spot while 5+ other vehicles were given their orders placed after ours. Returned to the drive thru window to request a status update on the order at 9:26 pm. DQ employee argued that we had not been waiting for 15 minutes (receipt in hand literally said 9:08 pm on it) and claimed she was “not going to argue with you” repeatedly talking over the customer while threatening to withhold the food we had already paid for with “do you want your food?” As if she would only hand it over if we were willing to pretend we had just placed the order or something when the receipt in our vehicle had a timestamp of 9:08 pm. This argumentative behavior came out of nowhere and was not warranted and for “fast food” this was absolutely NOT a fast or pleasant experience. I would not recommend this location to others as staff do not seem aware of decent customer service practices and service is tremendously slow. Also, multiple items missing from order and only semi-expected toast to be missing because they had no idea what order we were talking about when they first came to us at the window. This was an absolutely pitiful service experience.

Don’t visit this location if you need the fast food to actually be fast. Those poor employees have been short-handed since before Covid started. Owner(s) and business manager(s): if you can’t hire more people and give customers the quality and service that they are obviously paying for, then find something else to do. I won’t be back
