Confusing directions with weird staff (read: incompetent) who were not up to the level of fast food restaurants and staff back home where I’m from on the eastern seaboard. James felt that there was very questionable work ethic with people not at all able to embody the customer comes first attitude that you would expect from DQ.

They used to be one of the best places to eat. But when you put old onions on a footlong, that just isn’t good for business. We had to throw the footlongs away before we got home because the smell was so bad!
